Don't hesitate to stay at this accommodation. The host Sue could not do enough for us. The house was spotless, there were items left to make a great breakfast and the best part was the view over the mill pond, full of wild life.
The furniture was comfortable and the bed was so comfy we didn't want to get up in the morning.
The walk in to Pembroke takes you around the mill pond which takes about 20 mins but can be a bit longer because we kept on stopping to look at the swans and their signets, beautiful.
Centrally situated to visit most popular places and though a small town has varied eateries. We had a lovely stay and will be going back next year. Happy memories.
The cottage on Heron's Reach sits on the beautiful Pembroke millpond, with views across the water to the old walled town. We sat for hours in the conservatory, watching the wildlife of the pond, lots of baby waterfowl when we were there. The town of Pembroke is small but has everything: we explored the castle, discovered great nature walks and ate out well. And Pembroke is incredibly convenient for the hidden beaches of Pembrokeshire like Barafundle and Broad Haven South. The cottage itself is very comfortable, and the hosts generous and welcoming - they even provided bacon and eggs!
