Called in for lunch whilst in St David's. Nice place, bright airy and modern. Food was lovely, I had the walnut and dolcelatta (not sure on the spelling!) tortellini... really nice. The kids menu too was nice, homemade real food instead of nuggets beans and chips.

The blue cheese salad had very little cheese and minimum amount of salad other than leaves. Hence the reason for having to order a pudding something we rarely do.

We called in for lunch as it looked good and there was promise of good seafood on the board outside. Despite apparent attention to writing down our drinks order the waitress got it wrong. We ordered our meals and waited; the restaurant was not busy. When it eventually arrived, the food was good. Round about us, tables were getting part of their orders and waiting with it getting cold until the rest of their party received their meals. Muddle and waiting prevailed around the bar/payment area. It could be very good - if they got the service side working.

Had lunch on a very hot day in August.Ate in conservatory had the ploughmans which was really good, the staff couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. The restaurant was very clean and kept tidy. There are a lot of tables outside for dining or just having a drink in a lovely garden, and a beautiful sheltered garden for the more windswept days.

We recently spent two nights at the hotel as part of a tour of North/West Wales and ate here both nights as well as lunchtime on the first day because the food was so good. We both had local fish based specials each evening and were bowled over by the quality of the food being served. Breakfast was also excellent and provided a range of delicious options for us both as neither of us like a full English.
Staff were friendly and attentive during our evening meals as well as for breakfast and during the whole stay. This is a great place in a beautiful setting.
