My husband and I have been taking our young son here for two years now. We have never been disappointed with the quality of the food. The Sunday dinners are especially lovely (so it the sticky toffee sponge with clotted cream). The staff there are always friendly and talk to our son. They are also happy to help with any problems you might have (for example an extra plate or straw for a drink). Is is light and airy in the day, and well lit yet romantic in the evening.
A fine place to eat.

Spent a romantic nigh by the fireplace in room 9.
Wifi was fastish and everything was Very clean and everything seemed to work.
Breakfast was a little small but they had no problem toping it up with extras.
There was no wood for the fireplace but she drove to town to buy some for us. All in all we really had an amazing stay and will be back.
Recommended.

Stayed for a few days recently and as always the Hotel was welcoming with all the facilities we needed. Weather was awful but that didn't matter. Sat and listened to a member of staff dealing with a customer who obviously had some kind of disability. The kindness and patience shown was over and above the call of duty and it would have been so easy for her to have said I"I have to go now" but she stayed and she talked and listened to the customer. My wife and I were extremely impressed.

We stayed in The Grove for one night to coincide with the opening match of the 6 nations. We had a great time, it was a lovely double room, lovely staff, really comfy bed and a great breakfast! Although there were no veggie sausages which was a disappointment for my vegetarian boyfriend.

We stayed over a weekend for a wedding and the team went out of their way to help. The food was great, flavoursome and a good full 'welsh' breakfast (think English but with pork and leek sausages). We also ate here one evening and really enjoyed the food, flavour, quality, service and presentation.

We were originally in room 11 which was clean and nice, but as it had no windows was too hot for us. Without any issues we were upgraded to the executive suite at no additional cost. Our daughters were in a different room and they reported clean rooms, comfortable beds and a good nights sleep.

Wifi was good throughout the hotel (and free), I would definitely come back here again.

Room Tip: Rooms 8-11 were built and refurbished in June 2013 and are very high quality. Room 11 is nice, has...

If visiting St David's a good place to stay as very central. Would advise to get new rooms for slightly more money which we did and felt it worth it. Enjoyed bath after long day walking with plenty of hot water.
Staff very friendly and breakfast good.
Good evening meal if you don;t fancy walking out to eat.

Room Tip: The newly added rooms are very good. Initially had old type room and upgraded. It was Ok the old roo...
