“Great place to stay for varied holiday”
Reviewed 2 August 2015 for a stay in July 2015

Spent a week in Emery cottage and hoping we will return. Great value for money. The cottage is bigger than it looks from the outside and very comfortable. There are lovely views from the road outside the cottage and stunning views from 100 yards down the road towards Abercastle. There is so much to see and do for young and not-so-young. Convenient for coastal walks. 9 miles from Whitesands beach which is great for surfing/bodyboarding/reading! Strumble shuttle passes through Mathry and is convenient if you want to do non-circular coastal walks between St David's and Fishguard. It's an amazing coastline! The Farmers Arms pub is around the corner and is a friendly pub serving 'lush' food.

“Beautiful Cottage , Great Location”

Fantastic cottage for a relaxing break. I cannot recommend highly enough Emery cottage. The village is lovely and the surrounding coastline is a treat. This place is suited for long walks and lazy evenings.

“Cosy, cosy, cosy”
Reviewed 4 December 2014 for a stay in November 2014

What a delightful cottage! Perfect for the two of us and the dog.

A very comfortable, welcoming and warm cottage, a quick stumble from the pub and a stone's throw from some fantastic walks. Add in a lovely tea room doing a great breakfast. Well. Fabulous.

We were so lucky with the weather for our weekend, but even if a bit drizzly, the friendly local people would make this a great place to stay.

Our weekend break was great. If would love to go back. Soon.

“Little Gem”
Reviewed 21 November 2014 for a stay in October 2014

stayed here 26-31 October. Had a wonderful break. As soon as you opened the door you felt a lovely warm welcome. Extremely comfortable. Ideally situated for the Pembrokeshire Coast. We visited St David's, Fishguard, Abercastle, which is one of the sweetest coastal villages I have ever seen. Tenby is about a 55 minute drive away and worth a visit. The cottage itself is like a home from home, with a pub just around the corner that serves good pub grub. I would definitely recommend the cottage especially if you like peace and quiet and want to recharge your batteries. Also visit Newgale beach, our doggies loved it.

“Cosy cottage”
Reviewed 7 October 2014 for a stay in September 2014

Emery cottage is in a very quiet tranquil village within easy driving distance of Solva, St David's and Fishguard.
The cottage is very comfortable and I can honestly say I slept very well here. Even the dog slept through the night without a bark!!
The kitchen is very well equipped if you want to cook at home (which we did most nights) or the village pub does a good menu.
The cottage has a sky box so take your card to get your home from home T. V service.
A lovely week all in all.

“cottage and location wonderful!”
Reviewed 11 May 2013 for a stay in April 2013

Very cosy cottage, well equipped and comfortable, centrally located in a small village near to St Davids, Fishguard and Haverfordwest. 2 mins walk to local pub, very friendly, nice garden room and good meals. About 2 hours comfortable walk to nearest beach at Abermawr, lovely area for walking, and lots of nice pubs nearby, in particular the Sloop inn at Porthgain and 2 in Solva. Would definitely come again, St Davids is beautiful and all the beaches clean and good for dogs (in season)

“Cosy little getaway”

We had a wonderful week staying at Emery cottage. The cottage was a great place to come back to after a day out. Everything was what we had hoped for, and we were sad to leave. Lots of fantastic places to explore on that part of the coastline.
