We stayed here for a short walking/cycling break.
All the staff we met were friendly, helpful and couldn’t do enough to please us.
Our room was clean, unfussy and comfortable.
The breakfast menu was both generous and catered for a wide variety of tastes.
The hotel is attached to a garage and shop, which could of course put some folk off staying here...but if that does...well they’re missing a treat!

The location is ideally situated for St Davids, the wonderful Beaches and the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, the hotel is immaculately presented and is run on a truly professional footing by friendly staff who have immense knowledge of the local area. The dining room is a pleasant welcoming eating area with a lovely atmosphere where you can enjoy a really good selection from the cold buffet followed by a choice from the hot breakfast menu which was cooked to perfection, beautifully presented and really did set you up for the day, my wife and I will certainly be returning for further visits.

Room Tip: You do need to book early to enjoy a room with a stunning sea view

We stayed in a family room. We had a room overlooking the sea which was amazing. I had a great vegetarian breakfast, nice to have a choice. Also a variety of fresh fruits for breakfast. Very friendly staff. It was also clean. Would definitely stay again.

Was very impressed with the warm and friendly welcome plus the in depth information given by the owner about the area which helped us enjoy our short stay in the area. (especially the hint about the Celtic Coaster bus service). Our room was scrupiously clean with a lovely hot shower and comfortable beds (we had a twin bedded room). Nice view across St Brides Bay. Plenty of tea/coffee sachets etc provided in the room plus biscuits!!!!! Lovely choice of food for breakfast and a beautifully appointed dining area. There would be no need to go away feeling hungry after a breakfast here. The premises are conveniently placed for St Davids (only a very short walk along the road to the centre - but there are no footpaths so one has to be careful on the road) and provides a free car parking area with the addition of a petrol garage adjacent. Would have no hesitation in recommending this establishment to friends and if in the area again would definitely want to come back here.

Room Tip: We had room 5 which had a balcony and lovely views across St Broides Bay (once the fog lifted!!!).

This was a last minute booking for us en route to Fishguard for the ferry to Rosslare. We booked it so we could walk into St David's for dinner but had two surprises really. The petrol station attached to the front of the property and the lack of a footpath for some of the walk into town on a busy road. We decided to stay as the sea view from our room was good and all the members of staff were very friendly but would advise checking before booking especially if you have children or mobility issues.

Room Tip: Sea view rooms away from the road
