What a delightful place to stay. Our host's Marj and Rose couldn't do enough for us and made us feel very welcome. The room was beautiful, beds comfy, view lovely. Breakfast was delicious.
It was great having a lounge room to sit in and watch TV and look at the beautiful views.
We had lunch and scones and cream one day, sitting outside in the sun looking at the glorious view. If we return to Wales one day "The keepers Cottage" is definitely where we will stay, couldn't get better. Thank's for making our stay so memorable Marj and Rose.

Jill and Peter, Sydney, Australia.

Room Tip: Best to stay in the downstairs room if you have a disability.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in June 2014. The view from our bedroom (one of three) and from the breakfast room is stunning across the valley and town, the estuary and the hills beyond. The owners did all they could to make us welcome, a small bottle of wine and bowl of sweets in the bedroom when we arrived and a bottle of mineral water each every night. The breakfast was beautifully cooked and the owners very friendly. We would definately stay there again.

Room Tip: The upstairs rooms benefit from the view.

After leaving the car we had a lovely walk down to the Boathouse and while wandering in the town Marj drove past and directed us to Browns. Made us feel like locals. Room was comfortable, spacious and good beds. But breakfast was just brilliant. Eggs cooked to order and everything clean and tasty. Bacon is always a good test of a good breakfast and it was thick and meaty. Excellent value all round.

Fantastic bed and breakfast- very clean and tidy with plenty of storage. Food was good with plenty of choice and food for breakfast. The full English could keep you going the whole day! If you're there make sure to try the cream teas, ours were freshly made and therefore very warm. Great view of laugharn- a town with real character and plenty to do for such a small town. Only small issue was that the ceiling was a little low in the top rooms but it's easily work aroundable. Don't let that put you off visiting- the two owners are lovely and make for a warm welcome to laugharn. Well worth a visit.

We had a heartwarming welcome from Rose and Marj as usual having stayed with them before. The accomodation was beyond excellent and the breakfast was superb and beautifully pesented with every detail attended to and served in a very tastefully furnished lounge/diner which afforded a beautuful view across the garden and the Taf Estuary. Can't wait to go back.

This is the second time we have stayed with Rose and Marj, who run a lovely b&b not far from the village centre. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The wine and chocolates on arrival are a really nice touch too. Breakfast is lovely and the views are gorgeous. Rose and Marj were really accommodating and sympathetic following our dog's illness leading to a sudden change in our booking. It made all the difference to our stay. Thanks guys!

I can highly recommend this B&B, the rooms are clean, comfortable and have lots of little extras that you rarely find in other B&Bs or even hotels. Kettle, coffee, tea, biscuits, wine and bottled water.
Rose & Marj take great care to make your stay as perfect as it can be.
The B&B is a short walk from the village. As it was raining Marj even offered to drive us into the village:) It has a pleasant lawn garden for relaxing and reading.
The breakfasts are freshly prepared for you, to your order. You could easily skip lunch :) or take up the offer of a packed lunch to take away for the day.
For an evening meal Rose and Marj have plenty of local knowledge to help you find the meal you want.
I can recommend a jar of their home made chutney.

Room Tip: Upstairs Rooms have wonderful views of Laugharne and the estuary.
