We stayed at Dyfiview for 3 nights and loved every minute. Mike and Gill are very welcoming, especially going out of their way to accommodate our vegan diet. Our room was clean and comfortable. We stayed in the smaller of the rooms and we did bang our heads a few times on the sloping ceiling, but did no permanant damage!! The B&B is within walking distance of Machynlleth too and close to the train station so very easy to find. We'd definately come back here and will happily recommend Dyfiview to anyone.

I had an excellent experience, the accommodation was great, the bed, the views, walks and breakfast was very nice. I would strongly recommend a stay at the Dyfiview whether you are there for a night or several nights. The Dyfiview is a balanced and well adapted space to cater for most of your needs. The experience was great I invited the whole family to join us. The rooms was spacious and peaceful and the kids enjoyed the experience very much including all their meals and surrounding entertainments. There is plenty for the kids to do, and for families. Trains, Beach, C.A.T, snowdonia etc.

The views are exceptional. You can sit on the balcony and watch the stream train meander down the valley. The breakfast was very high quality indeed, with local bacon and sausage. Gill and Mike were very welcoming and remarkably helpful - both are experienced walkers. The location is ideal - the town centre is a short walk down a path (useful, as we went for the comedy festival in the town). The rooms are modern and very well fitted.
