Reception and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful and all times. The rooms are what you expect from a Premier Inn, clean, modern, serviceable. Easy access to Cardiff Airport and Cardiff City.
Visiting hometown for a family wedding. Happened to point out that the first night of a two night stay had been a little noisy, received immediate refund without me even suggesting as much. This characterised the experience in terms of customer service. Couldn't fault the place. Excellent staff. Would heartily recommend.
Great hotel for visiting Cardiff, Barry Island and the South of Wales. Lovely big room - plenty big enough for the 4 of us. Nice beds for the children. Restaurant served great food and has a noce outdoor patio area too. We had a nice view of the water from our room (and a building site - but couldn't hear any noice, so it didn't bother us). There is a Morrisons just up the road, so if you have forgotten anything you can pop in there. The train station is just up the road too, with great access to Cardiff. The staff were all very welcoming.
Having stayed at a couple of Premier Inn's I can only say that this one was lovely. It was nice and quiet and spotlessly clean. We stayed here for 3 nights and the only thing to coplain about is that they don't have free wifi.
Had some iseues checking in due to my company not sending the coorect documentstion but the gentleman on reception was extremely efficient and sorted it all for me.
You always knowvwhat you're getting with Premier Inn but this was quite new so was especially clean an tidy
It was also walkable to my place of business and had good views across the bay so all in all a pretty good destination
Had a lovely experience at this hotel and would definitely go again staff and surrounding were lovely, meals were tasty and fresh even the breakfast that was a buffet was replenished regularly nothing was too much trouble
