One of the brilliant Premier inns I have ever stayed. Nice and clean rooms, friendly staffs etc. Kids received a small welcome pack like some magazines, sweets and drinks on arrival. We found bit difficult to locate the premier inn. The post code was not showing properly in the satnav, which took us back to the motorway, had to travel 6 miles to the next junction and come back. So proper navigation and signposts need to be there near to the premier inn . The location is near McDonalds/behind texaco petrol pump. Otherwise overall excellent experience. Wonderful breakfast too.

Dear Guest

What an awesome review! You can come back anytime! It is a 'brilliant' hotel isn't it? The staff are wonderful and endeavour to ensure that each guest has a 'Premier' experience! We enjoy welcoming the children to what might be their very first stay in an hotel, and to make it extra special we leave little treats in the room for them to discover. You know that happy children mean happy parents. I am sure that you appreciated the generous size of our rooms - a family of five (2 parents, 2 children and a baby in a cot) have lots of room to play and have fun. Of course, the restaurant across the courtyard offers a freshly cooked 'Welsh' breakfast or buffet continental choice - and don't forget that children eat free. I take your point regarding 'finding' us as we are tucked away in a peacerful corner however, if you phone ahead we can give you directions or email a map to your iphone. If all else fails we will send a member of our Reception Team to stand at Junction 35 of the M4 and wave a large Premier Inn sign! Who says we don't go that extra mile?
Kind regards

Dear Guest
Sincere thanks for taking the time to submit a review of your stay - especially as it was such a short stay! yet you appeared to 'pack in' a great deal! Celebrating a birthday and shopping at the McArthur-Glen Designer Outlet. Now I'm sure that when you were leaving the hotel, you were wishing that you had booked a longer stay as there is still so much to do and see. For example, three different beaches within 10 minutes drive, cosmopolitan Cardiff - just let the train take the strain by leaving from our local station and be in Cardiff in 18 minutes! And of course super Swansea with its lovely marina and quirky Mumbles just along the prom. Register with premierinn.com and you will be emailed details of our 'sale rooms' some only £29! On your return, your clean, comfortable and calming room awaits. Go on! Treat yourself - have a Premier Inndulgence weekend!
Kind regards

We needed a stop over on our journey from London to South West Wales. We arrived late at night and left after breakfast. We were welcomed warmly and helpfully by the Receptionist who explained all we needed to know. The room was clean and comfortable with everything necessary for an overnight stay. The bathroom was better than some more expensive and up market hotels we have stayed in! Similarly the breakfast.

Dear Guest,
Thank you so much for your kind review. Drving nowadays is extremely stressful, especially at night after a hard day in work. All you want is to arrive at your hotel, be genuinely welcomed, have a simple check-in and retire to your clean and comfortable room - and if you have the energy, have a nice cup of tea before bed. Sounds familiar? Well, that's what Premier Inn do best! And I am so pleased that this was your experience. The Reception Team are well trained and recognise instinctively when guests just want to encounter a smooth process from car park to bedroom. Guests are suprised that they can check in to Premier Inns up until 4 - 5am! A distinct advantage if you have to work that day, have an event the next and your destination is miles away. Both the Reception and the Houskeeping Teams were delighted by your comments. Hopefully we'll see you again soon - but don't just pass through, stay awhile and enjoy the area.
Kind regards

Dear Guest
Your heading 'spotless and comfortable' delighted the Housekeeping Team! They work extremely hard to ensure that your room creates an excellent first impression - clean, fresh and welcoming.
Being so close to the M4 worries some guests however, they awake refreshed from an undisturbed sleep - and rather surprised too, if I am honest, that there is little traffic noise. Across the courtyard is a lovely Table Table restaurant serving a delicious menu - especially the All You Can Eat freshly cooked breakfast and the Meal Deal is a real bargain!
As you mentioned, the staff are a 'smiley lot' and we do enjoy meeting new and returning guests. Thank you so much for your lovely comments - you have made our day!
Kind regards
Maureen

It's location is ideal if you're heading to Cardiff on the M4. Just off junction35 The staff were very competent and friendly. Nothing is too much bother!
The room was very clean and tidy and quite adequate in every way. The hotel, being a 20 minutes drive from Cardiff, is fantastic value for money and the restaurant is well worth a visit.

Dear Guest

Sincere thanks for taking the time to review your recent stay with us. Many of our guests choose our hotel because of its excellent location - Cardiff in 20 minutes (as you discovered!), Swansea in 25 minutes, the beach in 15, the Designer Outlet in 10 and a delicious meal in 1 minute - in our Table Table restaurant, just across the courtyard! You can indulge yourself without having to worry about designated drivers or taxis - because it's just a short stroll back to your warm and inviting room.
Makes me wish that I was a guest here sometimes! Don't be a stranger, come back and see us soon.
Kind regards
Maureen

We had a family room with good kids beds. The room was nice and clean and was good value for money. The attached Table Table restaurant had Kids Eat Free which was great and we were able to book a table when we booked the hotel. Would recommend this hotel if you are attending an event in Cardiff as only a short drive away.

Dear Guest
Sincere thanks for taking the time to review your stay. Your comments are much appreciated by the staff teams in both the hotel and the restaurant..
Families are often surprised by the spaciousness of our rooms which can accommodate two adults, two children and a baby in one of our travel cots....and still leave room for children to amuse themselves with our childrens' fun packs which we issue to our mini guests.
Children always 'eat free' at breakfast time however, as you discovered, they also eat free at Easter too! Which is quite a saving really.
Please take a look at premierinn.com where our £25 room deal is up and running.....have a browse and bag a bargain! Or why not come back and see us here? There's lots more to see and do.
Kind regards
Maureen
