We dined here on 11-04-12. The lady who answered the phone was VERY POLITE with her information. The herring with baked potatoes, the escargot, the beef Stroganoff and more was absolutely scrumptious!!!!!!!!!!! Our waiter was Aaron. He was polite, cordial, knowledgeable, and very accomodating.
I was a bit turned off by the two middle aged (I am also middle aged) men who sat outside, speaking Russian (I am completely fluent in Russian and Ukrainian) smoking and not even acknowleding our entering the restaurant. This is not customer friendly or inviting gentlemen.
The exceptionally excellent cuisine and Aaron's proper waiter approach far outweigh the two men.
I can still taste and see the artistic way in which all food was presented. Thank you Juliet!
