Our travel group required three twin rooms and found it difficult to find anything in a reasonable price range. Admiral Collingwood Lodge suited us perfectly. Prior to the visit we had some concern about the shared bathroom but in reality it was never a problem during the eight nights we were there. Beds were comfortable. The whole place was kept immaculately clean with bathroom toiletries and bathrobes a lovely touch. We really loved the healthy breakfasts, fresh fruit and the fully equipped kitchen meant we were able to shop locally and cook for ourselves on the nights we were home - a real cost saving.
Staff were most helpful with our every request and there was a real atmosphere of a home away from home.
Sadly the ferry wharf was closed for maintenance during our stay, so our planned mode of transport to the city was not possible however, we found the buses on Victoria Road ran very frequently so were not really inconvenienced.
All in all a great place to stay in Sydney and I will certainly come again.

Will definitely revisit in the future. Lovely homely feel, liked all the small touches such as communal kitchen and complimentary breakfast. Beautiful garden space and has all the convenience of being in the city without the noise. Would maybe request a pillow top on the bed next time as we found the mattress a little firm.

Great staff and clean rooms and bathrooms. Kitchen is well stocked and clean . Tv and amenties in the rooms all work well and there was no need for us to contact staff with any issues. Love the fresh orange juice in the morning and the brewed coffee.
