This restaurant offers quite good Chinese food at reasonable prices. Don't be put off by the average decor or the boxes stored in the corner, the food is tasty and the servings are of a good size. This is more the older style of Chinese restaurant which would suit a group who enjoyed sharing their meals, ie "lazy susan" in the middle and send the dishes around. It's up a flight of stairs which is beside the pizza and pasta restaurant at the eastern end of the plaza. The restaurant is BYO with quick service.

This is obviusly a very popular place with locals on a Sunday night. We wanted a quick chinese meal and arrived about 5.40pm and the place was already getting crowded. What amazed us was the amount of take aways being ordered and picked up. As a result though, we had a fairly long wait for our main meals which took the gloss off things a little. We ordered about 5.50pm with the mains arriving just after 7pm. One of our party had no entree and was climbing the walls in the end waiting for his meal. We checked with the wait staff and our meals arrived shorlty after. The food was delicious when it finally arrived and there was nothing left over when we finished. Overall, I would recommend this place, especially if you are not in a hurry.

This is old skool anglo Chinese....complete with the complimentary prawn crackers. They have a few lunch specials that make it worthwhile to make the hike from several of the neighbouring business parks if you have the hankering for dodgy Chinese
