Found the bone in the sashimi, and too expensive! the service was below average.

Used to work there, the kitchen was dirty! staff don't wash hand after toilet and touch sushi! never go back again.

There are lot much better Japanese restaurant in cost next.

We only tried few dishes at this unpretentious, pleasant restaurant in Mosman. However, they were excellent and bode well for going back for more. The crispy skin chicken teriyaki was superb and served with a choice of white or brown rice and accompanying salad. We also had a new age sushi - with an embedded tempura brown and the usual side bits and pieces. The service was good and unobtrusive and even though they were crowded, they didn't hustle us out prematurely.

Went to Goemon last night with the family. We all ordered the banquet and all agreed this was fantastic value, compared with ordering individual dishes. Started with miso soup and edamame and steamed gyoza. All very good! Then the serious tastes begin: bring on the salmon and spicy leek wrap, followed by my favourite - the tuna and kingfish carpaccio. Unbelievably fresh and delicious. Bring on the prawn tempura and mixed vegetables, the Kobe steak, Teriyaki chicken with rice. All for $38 per person! There was certainly enough food and even my husband commented he was full! This hardly ever happens. Well done Goemon! Really enjoyed it all and of course we will be back! Now we know why this place is always so packed. Arigato Gozaimasu!

Sushi is really nice and for a restaurant in mosman very reasonable in price. The staff are lovely but it does get busy and its pretty small so not much room which makes it pretty noisy. Overall very good
