Our choices were terrific, enjoyed the fusion of flavours. Venue we liked, being in the old bank, just make sure you are seated in the "main" room rather than the smaller room as it lacked atmosphere and we were a little disapointed having booked six months in advance to have been seated there.

Stayed here for the night and did the three course meal option. The food was amazing. A lot of attention to detail and well planned combination of flavours with each dish. Loved every mouthful. The service and ambience was fantastic. It truly deserves it's two hat status. The accommodation was comfortable, warm and impressive. It is also right in the centre of town which meant we could walk everywhere to look around.

So nice to have a good restaurant so close to our B&B. Perhaps though we had to high an expectation after reading so much about it here though.

The accommodation is beautiful and very cosy with a really comfortable bed - makes it all very hard to get up for breakfast but it's worth the effort! We celebrated our anniversary with the degustation in the restaurant which was equally good and great value.

Both food and service were excellent. Decor and ambience were good but I thought just lacked the flair which would have made them as good as the rest of the experience.
