We have stayed for couple of nights in a King Room. Room a good size, dining table with 2 chairs, 2 - seater sofa, small kitchenette with microwave, cutlery, plates and cups for 2 people. Warm country feeling to the room decorated with "antique" furniture pieces. Lovely bed sheets and comfortable bed. Very clean room.
Bathroom really small. Enough of toiletries and lovely soft towels and face washers. The window in need of block out blind as it gets really bright when the sun is coming out in the morning, sun gets right into your eyes when you are getting ready in the front of mirror.
Parking right in the front of your room, lovely garden at the front with plenty of chairs, tables and lovely BBQ area.
Complimentary cooked or continental breakfast delivered to your room, generous portions. Free WiFi was also a bonus.
However, most disappointing was the fact that our room have only black out drapes and as the window is overlooking the parking lot, everybody is passing by. If you want to sit by the window you have 2 options: you have drapes open and allow everybody looking into your plate while having a breakfast or pull the drapes together and sit with lights on on the middle of the day, seeing nothing but the inside of your room. So privacy is compromised and another set of thin curtains would solve the problem. Also, we were expecting to have a nice garden view but the garden was only seen from the distance, right at the front of window was pebbly parking lot and that's all we could see. I saw nice garden views photos on the Internet but didn't realise we would actually have a view of parking lot. Carpet was also stained in a few places and should be properly steam cleaned or replaced. Not much storage space, just very tiny wardrobe with a few clothes hangers.
Would recommend this accommodation in you are prepared to compromise with the above issues.

Thank you for your review. However, there is a pull down privacy screen in every room which allows viewing out but not in. As you would have noticed no one actually walked past your window except me and I can assure you that I avert my eyes from the rooms. There are garden beds outside each room and the rest of the space is for carparking outside your room! There is gardens on the boundary of the carpark. I suggest you take a visit to Specsavers and eye tests are bulk billed.

Beechworth on Bridge is one of those places where the proprietor (Brenda) has obviously put herself in the place of her guests and equipped the rooms with everything you would want/need, even an espresso machine and make-up wipes! The location is great; close enough to town but quiet and peaceful. The included breakfast is excellent. The rooms were immaculate, well-equipped and comfortable. Would certainly recommend.

Good location (slightly out of town, but walkable), lovely comfortable rooms, quite large with some thoughtful extra touches (coffee machine, breakfast), such nice people! Very welcoming and helpful; made our stay in Beechworth very special, and we're looking forward to returning.

This motel is very well managed, from the friendly welcome, the very well furnished and spotlessly clean rooms, to the delicious breakfasts included in the very reasonable tariff. It was great to sit on actual arm chairs instead of the bed to watch TV and to enjoy a coffee from the coffee machine provided along with the chocolates left on the bed. This is quality at a budget price. It was a great base to explore the towns of the area replendent with their autumn leaves.

The room was large, well and tastefully furnished, quiet and fresh-smelling and the bed was very comfortable. With breakfast included in the price ($135 for a double room), this felt like exceptional value. The parking area was set in pleasant garden surrounds with a barbeque and areas for casual outdoor eating. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast arrived on time.
