After searching the Internet for a B&B stay we came across Albertines - and are so glad we did!

Owen and Judi warmly welcomed us and every effort was made to help us feel at home. It was the extra thoughtful touches, which made our stay so special, including the Muscat and chocolate in our room! It was difficult to choose from the different options on the delicious breakfast menu.

The guesthouse is very well maintained and immaculately clean. It is within walking distance to most attractions, shops and restaurants. We stayed in Suite #1 and loved having direct access to the beautiful gardens.

Our only disappointment is that we didn't stay more than one night. Next time we will definitely plan to take a longer break at Albertines in Beechworth.

What bliss – a return visit to the beautiful relaxing atmosphere at Albertines B&B in Beechworth and this time for two nights! Our first visit just 12 months ago was merely a chance stopover (and not long enough) but Albertines was indeed a memorable setting and exceeded our expectations.

We were really looking forward to our return visit over the Christmas break and were not disappointed! As we stepped inside we instantly remembered the thought put into the building and the attention to all the ‘little extras’ that makes this B&B a delightful and relaxing getaway.

The hosts Owen & Judi have warm personalities and display hospitality that is rarely found these days; and the eagerness they have for their guests to enjoy this impeccable accommodation is welcoming.

What more could you ask for, serene surroundings, well-designed rooms and the perfect hosts; oh, and by the way, a great breakfast menu too!

We certainly loved it here and will definitely be back (with friends who are anxious to visit too).

Many thanks Owen & Judi, Albertines is definitely a great place to enjoy, best wishes, The Robs.

Purpose built, Albertines ticks all the boxes. The home is immaculately appointed with the most wonderful and tasteful inclusions. Owen and Judy could not make you feel more welcome or look after you any better. It's the little extras and the attention to detail that make the difference. In transit on this occasion so only spent one night but will definitely "linger longer" next chance we get. One word of warning - beware Owens' very generous measure of local Muscat provided in the room to aid your slumber!!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Albertines. The disability facilities were very good. The breakfasts were wonderful.

We had a wonderful but too short a stay at albertines. We were initially a little overwhelmed by everything, but how quickly we warmed to everything. The B&B has been decorated with love, love of beautiful things, a great library, amazing glass collection, a garden that has been nurtured and provides the fresh flowers in you room. The best breakfast! A choice of cooked breakfast, made with excellent produce and great care.

Judi and Owen are very friendly but in the right measure.

There is even a carport for the guest cars.

Our room was very comfortable we couldn't fault a thing.

The location is perfect, easy walk to everything. Or you could just sit in the beautiful gardens and read.

A great place to runaway to and be spoiled.

We found every aspect of our stay at Albertines very enjoyable. Aside from Judi and Owen being wonderful hosts, we found Albertines' cleanliness impeccable, decor beautiful, gardens lovely, bed comfortable and delicious breakfasts. Set in a quiet location within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and pubs, Albertines is altogether a first class place for a relaxing break.

Exceptional is the word that best describes Albertines – it is everything a B&B should be and more. From the beautifully appointed rooms of the highest quality to the absolutely stunning gardens to the delicious (and large) breakfasts. It is centrally located within walking distance to most attractions and also has an undercover car park! The wonderful, warm hospitality offered by hosts, Judi and Owen is further enhanced by the special treats left for the indulgence of their guests. Judi and Owen make every visit a pleasure and memorable. If you are looking for something special you will find it at Albertines – it is our favourite B&B and we will continue to return, often.
