Stayed here for three nights and it was great. It was just a two minute car drive to the centre of town and maybe a 15 minute walk. (TripAdvisor has it as 3.1k - I clocked it as 1.5k) We would walk the back streets through the town and it was great to see the houses and parts of Beechworth you may not notice in a car.
We did not use them - but the pool and BBQ area was large and clean and well maintained. Bed and room was comfy and clean - would highly recommend!

Room tip: Quiet - but close to town

Beechworth was a stunning and very interesting town. The locals all went to out of their way to provide a premium service to all tourists and local food was excellent. We stayed at the Best Western Beechworth Motor Inn at the edge of town. The rooms were quiet and clean and the presentation excellent. We spent our days exploring the old historic buildings and having guided tours that filled in the history of the goldfields and bushrangers of the region. On our way home we passed through the King Valley nearby because the food and wine was outstanding. Great trip.

My grandma and I were travelling from Canberra to Melbourne and needed an urgent night accommodation late on Saturday night. After ringing ahead the staff member who welcomed us had turned the heater on to warm the room for us. The room was neat and very clean. I had the best night sleep as the room was dark, quiet and King Koil mattress made all the different. My only suggestion to Best Western is an upgrade to thick fluffy towels. I recommend anyone travelling through to stay here.

Cute little motel located close to the health service, perfect for short stays in Beechworth.

Comfortable rooms, well appointed in a traditional motel layout (car space directly outside rooms).

There is an unground pool but due to the weather we didn't use it.

A little bit out of town, but a lovely 10 min walk to the lake.

This is an excellent country motel. From the friendly and efficient booking and check in experience to the comfortable, well appointed room, I enjoyed my stay here. The room looked to be qute recently tastefully refurbished. It was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well.
Beechworth has lots of attractions, and the Beechworth Motor Inn is a great base from which to explore the region.

Room tip: Probably all much the same.
