A lovely little bakery/cafe with a quaint atmosphere. The breads, pies and cakes looked delicious as we arrived.
We ordered a Bakery Breakfast which was delicious - 2 pieces of thick sourdough toast with a crunchy crust and topped with spinach, tomato, bacon and 2 poached eggs. The tomato relish was a yummy accompaniment.
All this and good coffee - a great start to the day!

At first I was disappointed that they could not make the vegetarian focaccia onion free (meaning my fructose intolerant sister could not eat it). But is was one of the most amazing focaccias I have eaten. Fresh from the oven focaccia bread made all the difference!

The Old Bakery is a wonderful feature of Dunkeld. Fresh bread baked several days a week, great little stop for coffee and/or lunch. Very nice people.

We found this little bakery by chance when a local recommended it. It is a delightful little building, there from last century but only recently reopened. A sign in the main street points you in the direction, two blocks south of the main highway.
The bakery section has a large selection of bread and deli items and a display case of yummy looking cakes. We enjoyed succulent chicken and leek pies with salad and tasty chutney.
The coffee was great and my mother enjoyed her cup of tea served in a pot and piping hot.
We will return, breakfast menu looked good and reasonably priced so looking forward to enjoying on our next visit.
