This hotel has everything well decorated rooms with everything you need. Always very clean with good quality sheets and towels. It has beautiful mountain views to watch the most magnificent sunsets from the luxurious spa on your balcony to soothe the tried skiing legs. It cannot be any closer to the ski lift which is just outside the door as well as having the supermarket downstairs and the ticket sales and other retail outlets on your door step. Great Bazaar restaurant for dining and Stingray bar right downstairs it can't get any better than this. Have stayed here for the second time and will keep coming back.

Room Tip: All rooms are good the one bedrooms face the mountain the larger units face the lift and the resort...

Amazing 2 night stay. We stayed in the 2 bedroom penthouse apartment. Amazing views. Excellent breakfast and very convenient. Second bedroom was a little cosy but overall very happy. Pretty expensive but worth it for a short trip.

We spent 5 nights at QT and were very happy. We had a 3 bedroom apartment which was very roomy and we'll equipped. We had beautiful views of the mountain and chairlift and a lovely hot tub on the balcony. There is a steam room and sauna with a small indoor pool and another outdoor pool (unheated) for general use but we went on 3 occasions and it was usually empty which was nice. The apartment had a drying cupboard which was great for ski jackets and pants. There are lockers on the ground floors to store ski gear (locked) and a separate boot room, but as this is an open area I would advise only leaving hire gear here as someone's personal boots went missing. The hotel is the most convenient location in the village as the chair lift is out the door and the ski hire, supermarket etc are all next door. If we return we will certainly be staying here again.

Room Tip: Ask for a mountain view

Have stayed here three times with my family of four and the occasional guest. After our first stay we liked it so march we bought a share in one of the apartments. Not sure this will pass the scrutiny of Trip Advisor but thought I would put it up anyway. For what its worth owning an apartment appears to be cheaper than renting one as long as you use it more than two weeks a year.

The front door is right on the main road to falls creek so there is no need to drag luggage through the snow or queue for oversnow transport. The back door opens onto the Falls Express quad chairlift which takes you directly to the ski school and beginner slopes but after dropping the kids you candy ski down the shadow ridge run to the Sun Valley intermediate/advanced area.

The apartment hotel has everything from 1br/1bath to 3br/3bath apartments all with outdoor hotubs. Your stay can be fully self contained with access to the largest supermarket in the village on the ground floor of the west tower, or you can take advantage of the inhouse dining options at the Bazaar restaurant or casual eats at the Stingray Bar. Its a short walk to a range of other dining restaurants in the central village.

The Lift Ticket office is steps from the rear door of the west building, and Falls Creek Sports equipment hire is located on the ground floor of the east building. There is a heated swimming pool, gym and day spa located in the complex.

The standard of accommodation is very high and the main hotel staff have been very friendly and helpful. The attitude of the wait staff in the bar and restaurant has been inconsistent in our experience.

If you are catching the Bus to Falls Creek the terminal is 100m walk from the door of the hotel up the main road. You can manage this in casual shoes but I would advise having a ski jacket handy to put on as it can be cold/wet.

If you are driving to Falls Creek with your family, I strongly recommend parking your car at the Bus Depot in Mount Beauty at the bottom of the mountain and booking the Mt Beauty Taxi service which runs a Landcruiser service straight to the door of the hotel. This saves you having arrange chains for your car and finding a park for your car usually more than 500m from the hotel. If you are taking a hire car you might find that its not allowed past the snow line anyway. The trip up the mountain is 45min and in my experience the Brians familiarity with the road delivers the wife and kids to the top of the mountain feeling much less car sick than if I drive.

Some of the apartments have Nespresso machines, however I prefer to patronise The Pass coffee shop just outside the backdoor of the west building to bring Mum her morning caffeine shot.

On the con side QT is not cheap but if you are after stress free convenience for the family holiday then its probably value for money.

Room Tip: The front rooms are on the road so can cop a bit of snow plow noise early in the morning if the road...

Book early to get a room for the Three Peaks Labour Day weekend. Various configurations are available and some have great views. There is even a spa on the balcony. The kitchen is well appointed and the 2nd (bar) fridge is a plus. Right on the main road - so access is easy.

Staying in Falls Creek during summer is a quiet affair, we checked in on a Saturday night to find just 4 cars at the resort, and a total of 8 guests staying! Much of the amenities in the village are closed, but the hotel keeps it's restaurant (for breakfast) and pool/spa open during what the locals call the 'green season'.
We stayed in a one bedroom suite which had a full kitchen including microwave, fridges, Nespresso machine (no pods) and all the crockery and cutlery you could need.
The rooms are very stylish and ours had breathtaking views out over the mountains. There is a hot tub on the balcony also, which is a real treat.
Falls Creek village has only 2 restaurants open during summer, we chose Max's which wasn't bad. There is a Foodworks next to the hotel, which is open from 10am through till 5.30pm.
If your looking for a quiet break to recharge, this hotel is a good choice, come back in winter for very comfortable accommodations in the midst of all the ski action.

this place is amazing! we stayed in a one bedroom apartment for 2 nights in November, and could not have been any happier with the hotel and the service that came with it. Check in and out was smooth, and the service from staff was lovely. We went during off-season, so most of the shops etc in the area were closed, and not many staff around, but it is the perfect place to chill and relax. Best part was probably the hot tub on the balcony, the boyfriend and i were just relaxing in there most of the time. kitchen was full with any tools you could possibly need to cook, and also had a dishwasher. overall we loved it and was happy with the service, hotel grounds and the room itself, and we would definitely go back! :)

Room Tip: definitely a room on a higher floor, so away from the cars driving up and down the road and also get...
