We had dinner in the bistro, which was quite enjoyable. On a very cold night, we were seated near the open fire in the large and well appointed dining area of the hotel. The menu has plenty of up-market pub restaurant food options, however the wine menu was so-so. Service was fast and friendly, and the quality was quite good. All in all an enjoyable evening in a small town with very few options for dinner in winter.

As I say this is a top spot! Fabulous food, my husband's Mushroom Risotto was to die for and my Salmon was perfectly cooked. Local wines on the wine list, friendly waiting staff and a fab MaitreD who managed to find a seat for the smart crowd who just kept turning up! Yes fantastic people watching, this is the place to go, but book a table for a Friday night or get there early! Oh, nearly forgot the puddings were so good, there was NO sharing my husband had to order one of his own, that good!

Well sadly the dinner was cancelled but we were not notified BUT
What can I say the staff were terribly embarassed and the Chef Josh came to personally apologise to us.
A table found and we were beautifully looked after in the Deck dining area.
We had a fab meal and Kayley and our lovely waitress more than made up for the mixup.
They have made a reservation for the next special saturday farm dinner and we will gladly be there.
Good customer service is so important and this was given in spades.
Thanks to the staff you saved the day and should be commended by managemant.

This is my favorite place in Victoria! Love their paella!!! This time I tried Creme Brulee and it was just beautiful! Lovely place and fantastic service. This is a real hidden gem in mornington peninsula.

We were a large family group arriving at staggered times and the friendly staff went out of there way to ensure everyone was catered for and that the kids got early service. Delicious food, and good value.
