“Highly recommend!”

We couldn’t rate Tindoona cottages highly enough! Chris and Hege were very welcoming, accommodating and friendly. Their property is only a short drive from Foster and the cottages are surrounded by a lovely garden and are quite private. We were surprised to see a coonara and a spa bath in our cottage and were very grateful we were able to bring our dog with us. He was even greeted to a bowl and some treats on arrival! The cottage had everything we needed and was very cosy. All the little touches made you feel right at home. Thank you for making our time away so enjoyable. We look forward to our next visit!

Hi Carly,
Great to hear you enjoyed your stay, and that the cottage was a nice base for you. We love the wood fire as well, it throws out such a nice heat, and makes the cottage very cozy in autumn and winter! Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review, we look forward to welcoming you back.
Kind Regards,
Hege

“Quiet little pet friendly cottage”

We stayed with our dog over new years and loved it. Perfect location and a neat, clean, comfortable and very private cottage. We enjoyed the free glass of port and our dog loved the biscuits left for him! It was an easy drive into Foster and the nearby towns. Fish Creek was really fun, and the wind farm viewing area was fascinating. The spa bath was also a nice touch and much appreciated after a day of sightseeing. The owners were lovely and not imposing at all, stopping to wave or say hello when we passed. We'd love to come back here in winter - there is a lovely fireplace and it was very cosy.

“Peaceful escape”
Reviewed 18 December 2017 for a stay in December 2017

A lovely, clean, comfortable studio villa with all mod cons provided (no oven if you want to cook but who does on a short break!). Woke up to birdsong and spent ages watching the many birds feeding in the morning and early evening. Minutes away from Foster and not far from Wilson's Promontory and the lovely villages of Meeniyan and Fish Creek.

“Beautiful bushland, lovely hosts”
Reviewed 6 November 2017 for a stay in October 2017

Conveniently close to the town of Foster as well as the glorious Wilsons Promontory National Park. We loved the wood fire and spa bath, and the cottage was spotlessly clean, spacious and private. Waking up in the morning to the singsong of the local bird-life was heavenly. Host Hege was welcoming, helpful and generous.

“October weekend get away”
Reviewed 25 October 2017 for a stay in October 2017

The place is few minutes drive from Foster, 3.5 hrs drive from Melbourne.
The place offers silence, comfort, peace and quiet, just birds wildlife. Inside the cottages, 2 separate cottages, are everything that will make your stay comfortable and more.
The log fireplace,romantic!
The owner, very helpful and friendly, not far away from the property.
It’s a dog friendly property so that was a bonus.

“delightful & relaxing”
Reviewed 8 October 2017 for a stay in February 2017

Fantastic location. Lovely quiet secluded cottages but only a few minutes from town to grab supplies (cheese and wine mainly) and other local delights. Cottage was fully self contained, exceptionally clean and comfortable. Chris & Hege, the hosts were awesome! Attentive, knowledgeable about day trips, allowed us to use the large pool on one of the hot days (with sensational views of the Prom) but respected our privacy. Shame we could only stay for 2 nights - will be back and stay longer, maybe in the winter to enjoy the wood heater in the cottage.
