WOW what a fantastic zoo. Great for the whole family. Really loved the easy to follow track around the zoo and especially having the animals at hand to pat . Highly recommend for a great day. I also fed the meerkats and that is a very enriching experience. Thankyou Halls Gap Zoo .

Went to this zoo on Sunday. .....AMAZING! Best Zoo I've ever been too. My friend and I decided to do the dingo encounter and it was awesome. Can't wait to see the photos. I loved that the deer roam around can't wait to go back! Awesome customer service also. The New Zealand girl who took us in with the Dingos was super nice also. :-)

Families must visit spot when in Halls Gap. I'm not an animal person but enjoyed it.

Don't come here with an empty stomach. Not many options apart from a couple (literally) of sausage rolls and pies.

Great news Grace :) As numbers through the gate are still increasing it is making it worthwhile in extending the range of food available to our visitors so we have started to organise outsourcing to a local restaurant and plan to have it up and running in time for the September school holidays (hopefully with no delays caused by red tape). It will then be in operation each weekend, school holidays and public holidays

Discovered while going for a drive along Ararat Halls Gap road.

Great Zoo with a eclectic but fascinating variety of animals!

Reasonable entry prices and a very well planned walk around make for a great few hours. Animals looked healthy and looked after well.

Beware the hungry deer when you enter the gated enclosure - they're quick to steal your bags of feed within seconds!

Great little zoo with a surprising collection of animals.

Allow at least 2 hours for a stroll around the grounds.
