We had lunch here today. The service is what impressed us at first, then to be wowed by the food. The staff are very knowledgeable regarding local produce and the wine region (YarraValley). They are passionate and happy and capable of making great wine recommendations.
I have never dined here before, however as I work in the wine industry in the valley, I know that that the dinning room has a reputation for quality food. We will be back, this was such a great dinning experience.
It's truffle season so if you are out this way make the dinning room a must and spoil yourself.
