And by the looks of the "terrible" reviews, I'm definitely not the only one. I called a few months ago after a suspect charge on my credit card after a one night stay there. The lady at reception advised me that it was a charge for 2 items in the mini bar, which I said I DEFINITELY did not have. I did not use the mini bar at all. I was told she'd speak to the manager and it will be resolved. Three months later and I did not receive the reimbursement. I called again, spoke to the manager and explained my situation, and rather than an APOLOGY, I get excuses, that he checks the mini bar and if it's listed as missing then I must have had them, he yells at me when I try to explain that I DID NOT use them, and he then HANGS UP ON ME when I'm explaining my situation. All for a few measly dollars! He hung up on my attempts to call him back twice more immediately afterwards. I have put in a dispute with my bank, and will be contacting consumer affairs for denying a refund for a false change, as well as for the absolutely appalling behavior and treatment of me. I travel dozens of times a year, and this is the most disgusting customer service I have EVER encountered. BEWARE of giving your credit card details to this establishment.
