We rented Kani Coast for a 3 night stay in March. We reported all these concerns to the management company on arrival, during the weekend and twice in a written communication post the stay. We have no issue paying for luxury, a weekend getaway with a tennis court is something we have done before and will do again. But this property is not fit for rental, the quality does not match the price point.
Broken TV in main living room, two broken windows, Broken blinds, stained carpets, stained blinds, DIRT DIRT and more dirt. Dirt hanging above the dining table. Tennis court rented with no rackets or balls( were provided after complaint when they came to see if TV was broken). TV was broken and told would be fixed next day, it was not, and it was not fixed or replaced at all during our stay. Kitchen is missing key things for a family staying there, no strainer for pasta, no serving platters for feeding people in an "entertaining" house. The furniture in the house is apartment style/size, small and student quality. The large open living room has 2 x love seats that barely fit 4 people to look at the broken TV. Not a social setting for a house that sleeps 9 people. Been done on the cheap, but they are not charging a cheap price. Master bed is comfortable , queen bunk is comfortable, rest of bunks you feel the springs. Bathrooms are fine. Don't spend your money on this house and tennis court, they don't know their market - spend it elsewhere. Until they clean this house and replace the furniture to match the price point, you are better off elsewhere. We tried to resolve this, and are saddened by our experience, as we have rented in Sorrento homes with tennis courts before. This owner/property management are clearly just trying for a cash grab.
