Great place to come if you are love history. Very beautiful museum showcasing costumes and country music memorabilia. My favorite was reading and looking at the papers showcasing the song writers notes. Interesting reads along the way about the Country Music Hall of Farmer’s journeys. There is a self guided audio tour I did not use as I would rather read.

We booked the tour and museum. George our guide for the tour was excellent. He clearly loved the era and music and helped soak in the atmosphere of studio B , which we got to after a short coach ride. It was the studio established to support The Elvis era, and included many more stars, Jim Reeves, Dolby Parton etc
The studios reflected the 60’s and 70’’s and made you appreciate more the talent of those days
The museum was fantastic and we could have spent the day there
The only downside was where we parked which cost 30 dollars for over 2 hours, which indicated it was there as public parking for this activity. a rip off very annoyed and spoilt what was otherwise a great visit

Hello,

Thanks for your review. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your Studio B tour and your visit to the museum.

We are sorry to hear about your parking experience. We understand your frustration with parking rates. We do not have our own parking lot and guests have to use public parking lots, which have varying prices. Most of our guests park next door to us, at the Music City Convention Center. Their public parking rates are usually, $10 for 5 hours, unless posted higher for special events.

Thanks again for your feedback!

Thoroughly enjoyed three hours wandering the exhibits of all eras. Loretta Lynn was in as well as Outlaws and the 2017 stars. There is something to see for any fan of country music. The large exhibits change but there is some consistent memorabilia. Check the website for which exhibits are there when you go to gauge your interest. We paid the extra for the Studio B tour and it was worth it. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the studio and music industry.
