I was in for a meeting and when leaving we called for an Uber. The Bags Hospitality Team loaded our bags into a small trunk of the Uber vechicle and moved his bags to the front seat when the driver became upset. Needless to say, Chris Rivera, Area Director and his team performed superb customer service and contacted another Uber driver to get us to the airport. #greatservice

From Check in to Check out had a great stay in a roomy Midtown Corner Suite. Loved the European type bathroom with two glass counter areas and adjustable rainfall shower.
There was turn down service each evening and a complimentary drink too. Used the free tesla shuttle everyday which was a big savings. Enjoyed the separate sofa area too.
First time to Nashville and will be back to the Hutton some time soon.

Room Tip: Corner suites are roomier. Was very quiet.

I highly recommend the Hutton! Understated elegance...warm and welcoming! Great people. You must check out the Analog here as well. Cozy and intimate music venue. The location is great. Short Uber ride away to Broadway or the Gulch...better yet, they have a Tesla that they will take you anywhere within a 3 mile radius! Note that it is first come, first serve. Great little spot near the lobby where you can listen to some classic vinyl records! We spent a couple hours having drinks and listening to great music with our friends. Will highly recommend and always come back. (Also, our travel agent got us some amazing perks here for booking through her!! Use your travel agent!)

Central location. Hey helpful staff. Free shuttle was a big help. I liked the quick coffee and croissant bar in the lobby when time was a factor and they did a great job w/the cappuccino. Not always done correctly!

Overall service was great, lots of little extras in the room.
All good!

We stayed two nights after for a work conference after spending 1 night in a downtown Nashville hotel.

First the positive. The hotel is very nice with quality finishes. The rooms run a little small, but they are well appointed so you don't feel like you are cramped.

Now the rest. First, the hotel is basically near nothing unless you are in town to see Vanderbilt. We literally asked the front desk "what is there to do around here?" and they said nothing unless you want us to give you a ride back into downtown. Second, the staff is very standoffish and completely lack personality. It is clear that the hotel is going for a 'hipster' vibe, and it is clear that they are forcing their staff into that mold, so it comes off as disingenuous and forced. Third, the hotel is constantly cold with some of the thermostats around the hotel actually reading in the low 60's. We asked to have the temperature in the meeting spaces increased and were flat out told no. Forth, if you can walk find a different restaurant than the hotels. We ate there twice, once for lunch and once for breakfast, and both time it took nearly 30 minutes to get a salad and sandwich at lunch, and eggs at breakfast. Once the breakfast finally showed up both orders were stone cold, so they were both promptly sent back. They did make good and comp the meal, but honestly it was too little, too late.

In a city with tons of hotels, including nearly a dozen within walking distance of Vanderbilt, do yourself a favor and pick something other than the Hutton.
