My wife and I met up with an old friend and his girlfriend in Nashville last weekend. We knew we wanted to stay downtown but didn't care where so I used priceline.com and it gave us this hotel at a great rate. We had no idea where it was or what it offered. I must say we were pleasantly surprised with both.
The location of the hotel is what I really enjoyed. It is located a few blocks from lower Broadway, an easy walk to any and all restaurants/bars. We walked to meals and then walked to grab some drinks late night. We usually took a cab back, simply because we were tired and the walk back is uphill but the cost was only a few dollars.
The hotel itself was wonderful. Our room was a nice size and clean upon our arrival. The lobby had a nice restaurant and large bar which we took advantage of. Everyone we spoke to was kind and helpful when we asked all the typical tourist questions.
I have nothing but nice things to say about this hotel and would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient downtown Nashville hotel. If you plan on visiting the Vanderbilt area, this hotel may not be for you since it is quite a distance down Broadway.More
