Red Roof Inn Nashville - Music City

The Red Roof Inn is worth the price. It wasn't the cleanest hotel, but I wasn't expecting pristine rooms for $40 a night. The lights in the bathroom flickered high and low, but it was bright enough to put on makeup/get ready to go out. There's not too much walking distance from the hotel, but it's very easy to get anywhere in Nashville since it's so close to the express way. A cab downtown from the hotel cost just a little under $20. They have a small pool and a very small fitness room (3 machines and a fitness ball.) The free breakfast is nothing special either but it was convenient for on the go snacking. I would stay here again if I go back to Nashville.

This was my first Red Roof Experience. I was very pleased! We stayed there and I caught a show at the Ryman. The service was very friendly. They offered information on the Ryman and they were at the ready with cab reccomendations. Our room was clean and we had no trouble with noise or anything at the hotel. When I go back for another show @ the Ryman this summer I will book this hotel again.

We got this room at a nice rate and were very pleased with the location ($14 cab ride to broadway downtown). Front desk was very nice. We stayed one night following a concert. Room was large and bed was comfortable. Cold AC. Free parking and free breakfast (didn't eat).

My experience was great, nice and clean rooms! Front desk help was awesome, very professional. The front desk clerk was Crystal Lockett, she was very inspiration and greeted customers with a big smile and positive conversations.

I don't even know where to begin. The whole hotel had an awful smell. We paid for a non-smoking King suite and open our room door to find an awful cigarette odor! The room was filthy: pubic hair all over the bathroom floors͵ showers͵ & bath towels. Empty toilet paper roll still left in the bathroom on the holder, beers left in the mini-fridge & it smelled like rotten eggs, lastly the pillows had lipstick on them. It's sad when we had to go to the store to purchase our own air freshener & cleaning supplies to clean our room just to be able to stay there! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

We've stayed at other Red Roof Inns and thought they were all similar. This one was below the standards of the others we've been to. Ok for a quick stop-over, however next time I think we would find something a bit better.
