This hotel is AWSOME!!!!! the staff is helpful and friendly. The free shuttle that will take you any where that you want to go and then come back and pick you up was a great idea. I will be staying again at this hotel. The breakfast staff was Awsome, always willing to cooking something that was out and very freindly even to snobby hotel guest. Loved that... Would recomend everyone staying at this hotel.

The Hampton Inn was a really nice place to stay but it was the people that made the difference. Everything I needed was at hand and the room was faultless but again if you are looking for a wonderful place to stay where the staff treat you like family then I highly recommend the Hampton Inn on West End Ave. in Nashville, TN.

Hotel employees were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good and breakfast staff went out of their way to help us. They went as far as to make waffles for my son. The front desk staff was also friendly and helpful. The popcorn and punch in the lobby was a plus as well. All of this made for a very pleasant stay!

The hotel subtle bus was a life saver in helping transport guests to and from the rehearsal dinner, wedding and reception. The breakfast staff was friendly, helpful and most accommodating to our family and five grandchildren.

This hotel is located in Midtown, just outside of the district. The shuttle will take you anywhere within a two mile radius from 8-11 pm. 7 minutes from all the music in the District. The driver was great. It is one block off Division street and there is a lot going on there with music, Soulshine Pizza, Rebar, etc, and just a couple of blocks from Vanderbilt. Plus it is right across the street from The Row - a great restaurant and music place. We were there on several occasions. Breakfast was comprehensive. I had tea and oatmeal with a banana. Suited me just fine. The pool was very busy, and looked really nice. Never used it or the fitness center though. The room and bathroom were a little on the small side, and not as quiet as it should have been. We had a great time in Nashville!

The staff was GREAT the area was amazing everything within walking distance. Very clean good breakfast. Won't stay anywhere but a Hampton! The pool area was always kept clean and there were plenty of places to sit. They just need to add a hot tub.

We stayed here for 3 nights and had lots of things to see in Nashville including the Hall of Fame, Hillsboro, The Gulch, Oprey etc and so it was great that this felt pretty central to all of those things. We also wanted to go to Cheekwood and this location felt easy to do that from. We went out one night in Broadway taking the free shuttle there and could have called to have it collect us too, but you have to do that by 11pm.

The staff were really nice, helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and well serviced.

There was always somewhere to park and right opposite is a fine steakhouse which we went to on our first night when we arrived quite late after a lot of driving, starving and in need of wine and dinner.
