Staying at the Lowes was a great stay. Right across the street from Vanderbilt University so it was very convenient as we were there to tour the college. The front desk staff are the friendliest and most polite I've ever encountered! Very helpful in all aspects. The valet and bell stand was the same. Very prompt service and all done with smiles! The bar is a great place to relax and have drinks and food. Rooms were spotless and the housekeeping staff were very nice.
Stay on the Club Level for the breakfast and evening snacks. Well worth it. Only suggestion would be they not have the same breakfast selections every day. other than that, the hotel is wonderful and I'll stay there every time I go to Nashville!

Room Tip: Club Level rooms are worth the extra cost

Very nice hotel. Would definitely return; however, my husband was surprised to be charged $2.50 for coffee in the lobby in the morning. Even budget motels offer free coffee to their guests. At these prices the coffee should be free!

Top notch full class service. From the time you enter it's as if they've been waiting for you to arrive. Location is near everything convenient, clean, will absolutely be coming back to visit. Didn't try the food here but the lounge area looked chic.

I attended a conference at the Lowes Vanderbuilt. Everyone from the bellmen to front desk to catering staff were simply amazing! The room was very clean. The only improvement would be to add an electrical hub on the desk in the room. I was in meetings at the hotel. The catering team was so friendly and helpful.

Everything was great about the hotel. It is short cab trip into downtown. The rooms were really nice and super clean. The service was outstanding. The room service food was not very good & the gym was lackluster.
