Yes, the building/room is not fancy or new, but I thought it was clean and adequate at this price level. Lobby was efficient and staff was friendly. Lots of elevators. Gym and pool was very nice. No fridge nor honour bar/snacks in room. Didn't see an in-room safe either. Bathroom was average, but clean enough.
Couldn't ask for better location. Close enough to Broadway, but not too close to all the noise/party crowds. Can easily walk to everything tourist-y.
Parked right across the road for $4/night (weekend).
So, location is the key selling point - good standard hotel if you're not looking for all the luxury.
