The Hotel was nice, but they took advantage of the Final four and doubled (maybe more) their prices. We were club level but the club lounge was hardly ever open. Most club levels at other hotels are open all the time at least for some water and maybe some sort of snack. This one was closed most of the time. We were at breakfast one morning and the employee was telling everyone they were stopping breakfast at 9:30 when on the door it said 10:00. You would think when your sold out of rooms you would be a little more attending to your guest especially when your getting double for the rooms, I'm sure they were not paying their help anymore than normal.

Room Tip: Its a great location but pricey Ainsley in the bar was amazing a bright spot to the trip, we gathe...

The hotel was just perfect. Great location, friendly staff, and really good food. Chase at the front desk was particularly helpful in coordinating our check-out time with our flight. Thanks Chase. I would not even consider staying at another hotel in Nashville. I highly recommend it.

Room Tip: Stay closer to the end of a hall. It's quieter.

Hello, I was with the Church Of Chirst. Really great staff both in the hotel and in restaurant. But what really impressed me the most was the Lp officer Miller and his help with the private elevators. We all so greatly appreciated it after allday praising the lord.He made me and my group of friends feel like VIPS.
Thanks Again!

From the time we checked in and David W. helped us at the front desk, we knew we were in good hands. It only got better from there. The staff was so friendly and very helpful. They were eager to please and it was wonderful. Stacey at the concierge desk was amazing! So grateful to her for her help!!! The rooms were clean and the atmosphere at the hotel was so relaxed and we felt at home. Keep up the great customer service!!! The location was also fantastic! Walking distance to many attractions including Broadway.

This hotel is in a perfect location with broadway being a block away. The staff was helpful especially the concierges using the iPad to show us menus for local restaurants. They also called ahead to see about wait times. They were great both day and night. The Starbucks is always an added bonus. Unfortunately our room was on the 5th floor (the first of the floors with guest rooms) over the roof with barely a view. I'm sure the other floors had fabulous views. Overall clean and updated rooms with friendly staff.

I've stayed at this hotel twice in the past five years. Both times, I haven't been disappointed.

The rooms are always clean and the staff is so attentive and friendly. The location is fantastic - just a block from Broadway right in the heart of Nashville.

I'd recommend asking for a higher floor: even on the 24th floor, you can still hear some city noise, although it wasn't bad.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on a higher floor (to lessen the city noise)

Stayed at this hotel on the tail end of our Nashville trip for the last night and we are happy we did.

CHECK-IN:
Check-in was smooth and quick. Right off the bat David, the front desk rep, noticed we were Marriott Rewards Elite Members and welcomed us as such. Promptly upgraded us concierge level room and gave us the hours it was open. Assured us that we had a room with two queen beds, after we told him about our debacle at the Omni. After getting all of our information, he came out from around the desk to present us with our room keys and direct us to the elevators. Told us to let him know if there was anything else that we needed.

ROOM:
We had room 2503 on the concierge level. The room was clean, but on the small side. Not really a concern though since we were only staying for one night. I believe this is an older property that has been refurbished. Color scheme of the room was different. Whites with green accents.

HOTEL:
The hotel looks a little dated and the lobby has a confusing set up. The store with the sundries is on the second floor up an escalator, tucked away in a corner. There is a Starbucks in the lobby. The whole lobby area seemed disjointed and didn't really flow well. The hotel, like most other downtown hotels, had a great location. It's about a block up of Broadway and an easy walk to all of the bars, restaurants and stores. While the rooms have obviously been refurbished, the lobby and other public areas might be due for a refurbishing soon to compete with the likes of the Omni.

RESTAURANTS/BARS:
After we checked in, we were hoping to just grab a quick bite. This was about 1PM on Sunday. We stopped down at the one restaurant near the elevators, but they didn't open until that evening for dinner. We went up to the bar area and they weren't even setting up yet. The woman there gave us a very limited menu and told us that we could get it delivered to our room, but that they weren't ready for service. I found this to be extremely odd given how crowded the town was for the cheer competition and Predators game. They must typically be slow on Sundays and staff appropriately.

STAFF:
Since we were there only one night, we didn't really have time to interact with most of the staff. The bell staff was very good though in getting us a cab when we needed it. Very friendly too. As previously mentioned, the front desk staff was great. David provided us the level of service we have come to expect with the Marriott brand.

We would consider staying here again if we were ever in Nashville. The location is just as convenient as other downtown hotels. My hope is that they bring this hotel's decor and layout up to par with it's staff. I feel they will need to make some improvements in order to continue to compete with newly built Omni.

Room Tip: Room 2503 has AMAZING views, but beware if you are a light sleeper. The club at the corner of 5th an...
