I'm not sure the location could have been any more perfect for our girls trip - We were right in the heart of it all. We stayed in a 2 bdrm suite with connecting parlor room - it was huge, clean, a perfect gathering spot for us girls before heading out - request one on the club floor and also get free breakfast! The pool wasn't great - indoor pool with access to an outdoor sun deck - was PACKED with young lively crowd of drinkers took over every inch of space... great if you're there to party, not so much if you're looking for a spot to lay back and relax.

We arrived on the 4th of July at 10pm and were desperate to find a room. Ashley at the front desk was warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful. She made sure we had a wonderful room and was thoughtful enough to ask if we needed toothbrushes or anything else. Amazing service

On a recent business trip to Nashville I had the pleasure of enjoying a World Cup game in The Bridge Bar at The Renaissance Hotel. What made it extra special was the fantastic bartender Laura. When in Nashville i highly recommend you stop by and enjoy a refreshing libation with her.

Very nice, clean room with a very comfortable bed. The location is excellent for walking to Broadway without being right in the middle of everything there. I was attending an event at the Music City Center and it was a reasonable walk there as well. I could not hear any noise from outside the hotel but there was some noise from the hallways so plan accordingly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

My husband and I visited Nashville for our anniversary and our stay at the Renaissance was the icing on the cake. It's location is perfect if you're looking to visit the Ryman, see a concert at the Bridgestone Arena, or walk the band strip on Broadway---everything is right there, yet just far away to miss the noise of it all! We are making this an annual trip and will continue to stay at the Renaissance. The rooms are updated and very clean...I'm picky about hotel bathrooms and this one passed with an A+! The lobby staff is friendly, welcoming and will go out of their way to give you an upgrade is one is available....they offered; we didn't ask. A perk for us was the Starbucks in the lobby....love that! However, the best part for us was the bridge bar/grill that overlooks the city--the bartenders were so friendly and helpful---we asked them questions about the city and tips for going places and they gave us the best ideas and advice! It was also nice that the bar stays open late....we'd walk back around 11, and it was buzzing with hotel visitors. We stayed at another hotel on a previous trip and the bars/restaurant closed down by the time we'd get back and this time we loved grabbing a coffee or drink and talking about the day and planning the next. Five stars from us!

Room Tip: I know this is obvious, but the higher floors have beautiful views of the hills and the city. It was...

Stayed here during a conference.

Lobby: Once I found the entrance, I was struck by how dated the lobby was.

Room: I was relieved when my room looked recently updated. It was clean. A colleague did find a bedbug (The hotel was very good about fumigating her stuff but, ew!)

Bar: Attempted to watch the World Cup from the hotel bar, which looked pretty cool. It is actually a bridge over the street with glass on all sides. The downside to this is during the day there is a crazy glare. So no World Cup watching. Service also slow.

Location: Right near the Broadway Honky Tonks in downtown. Convenient.

The hotel is beautiful. The room was well appointed, and we enjoyed the super comfy bed. The staff was very welcoming, particularly the fast and efficient valets, and we never had to wait for our car. The location is perfect, close to the bars on Broadway but far enough away so that you don't really hear the noise in your room. One negative was that we were awoken by a drunken fellow and his female friends who thought he was staying in our room. The door is thin, and it sounded like they were standing next to our bed as the girls discussed his situation. We called the front desk to complain, and to make up for our trouble, we were left a coupon for a free coffee at the Starbucks downstairs.
