Stayed in a Pinecrest Condo (through an RCI exchange) in late July. Only minutes to Smoky Mountain National Park, which was the reason for our trip. The condo was a 2 bed/ 2 1/2 bath, with kitchen, living room, laundry, dishwasher, etc. It was a little dated, but it was clean, and that's my biggest pet peeve with most of our exchanges. We were pleasantly surprised. We had a light bulb blow out in the kitchen (special halogen bulb) and someone came right over. They allowed us to do late check in, and never bothered us while we were there.
The only down side was the INDOOR pool. If it were November, it would have been fine, but our family LOVES swimming, so an outdoor pool in 95-100 degree weather would have been preferred. This would be the only drawback to staying here again.More
