Four adults stayed here for five days and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The cabin was exactly as advertised and was beautifully decorated for the Christmas holiday. It is located WAY UP a mountain and the first time we drove to it, it was an intimidating, albeit beautifully scenic drive. The owner was very cooperative both before our stay and during our stay, answering all of our questions, including a Wi-Fi "fix" after we arrived. The view from the wraparound porch of the cabin was breathtaking, looking out over the city of Pigeon Forge. The lights of the city and its Parkway at night were lovely. My only concern would be in the event of ice or snow - there is no way to get up or down the paved mountain road in those conditions. However, we enjoyed great weather while we were there - cold temperatures, but no precipitation - and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. we will definitely consider this cabin when we return to the Smokies in the future.
WONDERFUL IN EVERYWAY! Friendly owner who communicated very well and responded quickly to any questions or concerns! Definitely would go back!
Loved the Comedy Barn and Dixie Stampede. Ate at Paula Deans, great food.
Enjoyed the music at the Island.
This was our 4th time staying at this cabin. We return because it's always clean and in wonderful condition. It sits up on a mountain just a few miles from Pigeon Forge. In the winter there are views of the city but in the summer it's surrounded by trees but at night you can see the city lights through the trees. It has a wrap around porch which our 3 year old grand daughter loved riding her tricycle round and round.
The owner is very responsive and attentive. We rented the cabin for 10 days and were concerned the hot tub might need serviced. They left us extra chemicals and told us they could have someone come if service was needed.
Since it sits so high up on the mountain just be prepared for a steep drive but it's worth it! The road is good and paved all the way.
