Have been invited for preview of "Vacation Owners" by this company and read reviews before going there. To be honest I was not expecting to have a good time there but decide to go anyways since they offered stay for three nihgts at Sidney Janes Mtn Lodge for only $59.00 and only obligations was to attend 90 minutes presentation. Sales person Rodney was very nice and polite and answered all questions about vacation ownership we have had and we have learned a lot. After consultation witm my husband offer was kindly rejected because of condition and interest rates for financing for investiment was not for us, high interest rate is not for people with very good credit, he nicely thanked us for time spent there and directed us to get award voucher for our stay. It was not much pressure at all, I want to thank them for our time spent!

The is a new resort so if you are looking at one that has all the bells and whistles, this is not for you. If you want a one to three bedroom condo that is new, clean, and nicely furnished, then this is the place. Near all the attractions but with a great view of the mountains. Has everything from dishwasher to fireplace. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Because there are only six units in the complex, it is very quiet. Had a family reunion her with seven people and had more than enough room. And the nice, cold AC was nice on the 90 plus days. Because it is midway for all the family members, we'll be back next year.

we purchased a 2 night 3 day trip to pigeon forge for a family of 5, I tried to make reservations and was told that we had to share a single room with either a hide a bed or rollaway. When I paid for this trip I was told that it would be a cabin or other suitable arrangements. This never happened, Ask about a refund and was told that it was past the 14 day period so no refund. Was told that it stated that in my packet that was mailed to me PROBLEM!!! Never received the packet. So if anyone calls you and wants to sell you a trip package for pigeon forge just tell them NO!! its a big rip off. Now It's lawyer time just to get back my money

The original person that called to book this trip was nice and we settled on a nice rate. Then when they did not hold up on their end of the deal I ended up loosing $64 due to their incompetence. Which in turn they tried to blame me. The supervisor was rude. I guess I should of read the reviews before agreeing to the trip the first time. Then it would of been a NO from the start. If you are going to be a rude jerk you should not hold a position working with public. This place is a jerk and you are crazy if you plan a vacation with them. I sure did learn my lesson. Needless to say the trip was cancelled and they better not dial my number ever again. The only thing I done wrong was trust that these people would follow through with the deal that was made.

We needed to exchange one of our timeshare through Interval International for a unit that could handle 8 people and this resort offered us that. We immediately reserved it only to find out upon our arrival that a mistake was made and the unit only could handle 6. They refused to admit that they made the mistake as we later figured out that the unit we reserved was a 2 bedroom with a lock-off unit attached and they rented our lock-off to another couple. The office is run by the timeshare sales agents and they leave early so when we arrived we were left with 8 people and 6 beds and no help until the following morning when the office opened. The next morning we were told that we could leave and find another place to stay at our expense? Having no other recourse we went out and purchased blow-up beds. The unit itself was modern and clean but you could see it was constructed very poorly....tiles lifting, faucets hanging on by a thread etc. I was under the impression that we would be in the mountains but our view was of a huge parking lot. We knew that there was something strange going on when we saw all the sales agents available to sell you a timeshare and we watched the entire week as there were huge machines on the property to make you think they were actually building units when not one of the machines actually moved the entire week.....we did go back to another resort 8 months later and took a ride by this resort and the machines were still in the same spot and nothing had been worked on since our prior visit. Our first clue should have been when we arrived and the only sign for the resort was a board with a sheet of plastic with writing on it saying the name of the resort. I did contact their main corporate department in Branson Mi and they seemed helpful but had no clue as to what was happening in Tenn. nor did they make any apologizes for any problems that happened there; they acted like it was some distance disturbance that didn't concern them. I would not recommend this 2 building resort to purchase or rent or exchange.
We are sorry your accommodations weren't to your satisfaction. Our 2 bedroom cabins sleep up to 6. Construction at our Tennessee property is ongoing in accordance with our current development plans. We wish you the best of luck in your travels!
