We were not able to get our usual place in Pigeon Forge so we checked Tripadvisor and found this place. The hotel is older and our room was the standard set up. Check in was a breeze. place shows some age but it is well kept. Updates have been made, furnishings, bathroom sink, older tub but has new surround, newer carpet. Our room was clean and stocked with all we needed. We were on the second floor and along the walk way was a small balcony with chairs. Was very nice to sit out on in the evening. Had a Denny's and Texas Roadhouse with in walking distance. The breakfast is good for the price. Standard items. No bacon or sausage. They did have the waffles iron to make your own. This is the only one I have seen with blue berry mix. Apples, bananas, instant oatmeal and grits. Very small breakfast area along side the front desk. It was not crowded when we ate but it could get crowded quickly. Everything was replenished and the staff checked to see if we needed anything else. Overall very good place to stay. Remember it is a two star hotel that provides a very good room. Close to Dollywood. Don't stay here thinking you are in a four star joint. We will try this place again.

Room Tip: Know your tag number when you check in. You will need it for the pass you hang in your vehicle.

Room was a king, clean, slightly remodeled but till slightly dated. Comfortable bed, plenty of towels, all linens were spotless. One of the two Bed table lamps didn't work...checked the bulb and the entire socket turned, looked behind and it was unplugged...not sure if a guest did this or someone from the hotel. Either way seemed unsafe. We will tell the front desk when we check out tomorrow. Rm 321 TV and WiFi were good, using it for this review :)

Overall very nice stay for the $ in this area hotels are very pricey the closer you get to Gatlinburg....crazy area there for traffic. But the Smokey Mountain National Park is AWESOME...we will be back to the area, and if we need one, this hotel!!!

Got the room via Hotwire and honestly wasn't expecting much when I saw the pictures on the site after the hotel was revealed. We've never been to Pigeon Forge before and went to check out Dollywood. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is basic but here's what we liked about it: the people at the front desk were helpful - they gave me a tip about taking the trolley to Dollywood that saved us $12 over two days. Wifi was free and worked great. Complimentary breakfast was well maintained, hot and fresh - although the waffle batter created really chewy, frankly inedible waffles. The room was very clean and really suprisingly, the beds were very comfortable and the sheets were really soft. My daughter wanted to go swimming on our first night there and the pool was wonderful - clean, heated, lots of towels poolside. Pigeon Forge on the whole was a lot of fun - reminded me of what would happen if Vegas and Myrtle Beach had a baby - but this hotel was a family friendly, clean, comfortable, well-located place to stay.

When we checked in the lady that checked us in (Crystal) was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. She went out of her way to make the experience a pleasure. The room was clean and well stocked and bed was comfortable. We had been told there was a hot breakfast but was skeptical from past hotel experiences. We were pleasantly surprised! We went to breakfast at 8:30 am and everything was well stocked--sausage gravy, biscuits, scrambled and boiled eggs, grits, oatmeal, waffles, cold cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, juice and coffee--all you could eat. Such a nice way to start the day. Everything we asked for was provided with a smile. The rate was reasonable and we will stay here again.

The room was clean & the indoor pool next door was nice. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. It was worth the money. Would stay there again. Each room has a safe if you need to leave anything valuable in your room. The beds are a little hard, I thought.

Room Tip: The higher floors in the middle

We had room 136 for 3 nights, in a family suite. It had 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. The sofa really needed replaced as there was a hole in the arm, but everything else was very nice and clean. It smelled very clean when we arrived, and stocked the 3 days perfectly. Staff was very nice and Crystal went out of her way in helping us book the room we wanted on the first floor by the Comfort inn. The breakfast was nice and filling, a breakfast meat would of been nice, but they had everything else except bagels and cram cheese our family likes. The indoor pool was nice and clean but at the comfort inn. The outdoor pool was open, but it was too cold while we were there, only in the 50's. This was the 4th time we had stayed there and it was very nice again. I love the big bath tubs with the jets. I will be back, and recommend to family and friends. the beds and pillows were also clean and comfortable.
