“Appalachian Foothills & Outsmart Your Smart Phone!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 31 October 2013 via mobile

Jane & Rich, owners of Photo Fast Tours are a really neat couple! Both are photographers for NASCAR Racing, and have really neat stories to share.

Our tour began with lunch at the Applebees in Pigeon Forge, which was really good. During lunch, Rich presented a seminar on using your cell phone & tablet that contained some really valuable information! He also gave a crash course on photography (he also teaches a college course on the subject) that I found really very helpful!

Following lunch we re-boarded the comfortable, air conditioned tour bus and Rich took us on a beautiful tour of the Appalachian foothills that no other tour company in the area offers. The leaves were in their brilliant fall colors and the scenery was really beautiful. We also had the opportunity to see where Dolly Parton was born, raised, went to school & church.

Overall we had a great time on this tour! Rich and Jane were so nice and friendly and were truly interested in making sure each guest enjoyed themselves, and everyone in our group really did! Make sure to check out their other tours as well if you are planning a visit to the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area at www.photo-fast.com

“Great Tour”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 27 October 2013

My husband and I took a tour of the foothills and apple orchard and the arts and crafts community of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Our tour guide, Rich, was very informative and really fun to be with. He and his wife Jane are a fantastic coupe with their caring and compassion. We encountered a small problem. Jane called our lunch order in one and one half hours before we arrived. We all had to wait another forty five minutes after arriving at the restaurant. Although, it was not Rich's fault, be felt responsible for everyone. Not only did we finish our tour, he and Jane offered everyone a free day tour the next time we visit. How fantastic is that! This is the best tour we have taken. Thanks Rich and Jane. Looking forward to seeing you again.

“Unexpected Jewel”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 25 October 2013 via mobile

No we were not panning for goal, but we found what we consider a jewel. We had the pleasure of taking two tours with Rich and Jane a very outstanding couple. They are honest, reasonable, and great fun to be with. In a very short time you feel like they have been your friends for years. It is very very important to them you have a fun day. They value your time but also you never feel rushed yet we stay close to the schedule. Everyone on the tour will leave feeling special and you will meet other people from different states. The meals were very good. I will tell anyone who is coming to the area to consider them as tour guides. Thanks guys see you next year. The Hanna's from South Louisiana

“Best Tours in Gatlinburg”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 24 October 2013

Sometimes tries to be copied but no one can top this one. Rich and Jane are both excellent guides, full of much knowledge and local folk lore and history. We had jane. She really cares for her tour people. She has a lot of interaction with the whole group. They have a number of tours. We did the Bush-Dandridge Tour. Other tours are National Park Tour, Ultimate Tour, and Dinner Cruise, I understand that they have other tour during other seasons. The prices are reasonable.

We would consider using them next time to this area.

“Bush Bean Factory Tour and Surrounding Areas”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 20 October 2013

My sister and I arranged the tour in advance and the day of the tour it was raining. We met up with Rich and were pleasantly surprised that he had made arrangements to customize our tour so that we could get as much value out of the tour as possible. The Bush Bean Tour was fun and informative. Rich had a plethora of knowledge about the area and was able to take us to some very historic sites as well as show us some of the lost wonders of the area. Even though it was wet, Rich was prepared with umbrellas and ponchos for all. We really didn't have to use them, though, since the rain slowed and finally stopped through the tour. We were able to see some beautiful sights while the sun was out and had a great time. I would recommend this tour for those not familiar with the area!
