Like other reviewers have stated, this hotel has been renovated and looks and feels like a brand new property. The rooms are excellently decorated with big LG televisions and very nice bathrooms. The bed was super comfortable for me. They also have a full breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, as well as make your own waffles. The location offer easy in and out to the main strip and several good restaurants are within walking distance. Three things could make this hotel the perfect choice for me. A second elevator (only one elevator and it was very slow), A floor dedicated for people traveling with dogs (we were awaken both nights several times to dogs barking) and a lower rate.

We choose this hotel because it is well located just off of the Parkway, pet friendly and new. There is a Five Guys Hamburger place on the corner, (not necessarily a reason to stay there)
The decor is very attractive; much nicer than other LaQuinta's I have stayed in. The tile work in the bath was beautiful with glass tiles inserted for accent. The countertop was granite, the hardware on sinks and bath in bronze. The rooms are beautiful with an area containing a refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. The beds are very comfortable, as are the pillows.
The breakfast area is very nice with a good selection of food items. The only negative is not one, but two tip jars placed in the area. This is the first I have ever seen this and hope it is not a sign of things to come.
The pool area is great. It is totally enclosed with sliding glass doors that can be opened in the summer. Tables and chairs surround the pool. The roof is translucent, letting natural light filter through. Outside the pool area are many chaise lounges and umbrella tables with chairs and a large gas grill for guests to use.
The personnel were very helpful. We arrived early and checked in, but while waiting for our room to be cleaned were able to use the pool, as well as the tables in the breakfast area to eat our lunch. Our dog was welcome in these areas, but not, understandingly so, during breakfast. Christina came and got us when our room was ready.
This property is one of the nicest on the Parkway.

This is basically a Brand New Motel, formerly a Red Roof Inn, remodeled completely and re-opened in June 2014.

Rooms are very nice, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms. All new, so you would expect this kind of quality.

I'd have to say it is a little on the pricey side, but since you are staying in a Tourist Town, you don't have much choice if you want a comfortable motel.

The Breakfast is HOT, Scrambled Eggs and Sausage, with Gravy and Biscuits, plus the usual breakfast items.

Motel is located pretty much in the middle of Pigeon Forge, so you have easy access to all the attractions.

My Wife and I recommend this motel.

excellent stay .... we usually stay in a condo, but it was booked up for the weekend... so we found this motel by calling around and actually a person at a rival hotel recommended this one... the only thing that bothered me (but it was fixed right away) was the door quit working and had to be reprogramed, and the beds slept alil hard and was hard to get into if you had a bad back and getting over a fractured hip... they sat up higher than most beds in a hotel...

We love La Quinta hotels and stay in them often when we travel. This hotel is very beautiful and clean. The pool was 24 hours which was a plus. The chlorine was so strong in the jacuzzi that my eyes burned and I couldnt stay in for very long. The only real complaint we had is that the noise heard from our room kept us from getting a good sleep. Room 101 is situated across from the housekeeping room and right at the side entrance of the left side of the building. The entire time we could hear everyone going in and out of the side door and stairwell door because these doors constanly slammed shut. Around 6 am we were awaken by the slamming of the doors and the constant foot traffic. We could hear everyone's conversations as they walked the hallway. It sounded like they were in the room with us. My husband heard a vacuum sounding noise around 7 am which may have been a hair dryer from the room next door. The amount of noise that could be heard from this room made our sleep very unpleasant. Our dog was very anxious because of all of the noise as well. Upon check in my husband asked them to put us in a quiet room, and they said that 101 would be perfect. What were they thinking? Room 101 should not be a guestroom; it should be a storage room due to the constant slamming of the doors and poor insulation. We checked out the next day and stayed somewhere else for the remainder of our trip. We informed the manager of the noise problem. Very disappointed with our stay at this La Quinta.

I have spoken with our team members about noise level when arriving and leaving. They did not intend to create any discomfort for any of our guests. This place was just absolutely amazing! The desk clerk was super sweet at all times of the day!
When we first got in, we were starving and so we asked the clerk where to go to eat that was close and she gave us this place called The Chop House, and actually gave us a coupon for a free dessert!! As I said, SHE WAS SUPER SWEET! Then we got up to the room and it was so clean! The cleaniest hotel i've ever stayed at! Not to mention, the indoor pool, was to die for. The pool is a poo/jacuzzi combo and goodness the whole pool is hot, just like a huge jacuzzi! It was amazing after such a long trip! There was a little construction going on in front of the hotel but that didnt bother us much, we couldnt hear it from our room anyways. We were very sad to leave, but we love it so much that we will be going there for a trip in tennesse in April 2015 and we most definetly will be staying here again!

Great Hotel- Great People. Chelsa & Rusty were so friendly and helpful. Will stay on our next trip to Pigeon Forge. Breakfast was well stocked and hot! Grandkids enjoyed the pool and made some friends there at hotel. Very family friendly.
