We enjoyed our recent visit in Pigeon Forge and our stay at the Lazy Bear Inn.The price can't be beat. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable .The room was equipped with fridge, microwave and coffee pot.Lenny ,the manager was very pleasant and considerate. The motel is wonderfully located on the parkway close to the Dollywood exit.Would stay here again.

The hotel is a decent place to stay for the price you pay. The room was quiet and clean, the bed was your average hotel bed, flat screen TV with cable/HBO, fridge and microwave, our room was over the office and had a window facing the mountain view. The pool was having troubles turning blue, but there were people still in it having a good time. Lenny is the manager and gave us info on all the local attractions including his favorite pizza place- great guy to chat with. I highly recommend this place!!

Reservation for King non smoking room. Upon arrival found room to be not as stated on Internet site. Room reaked of smoke, refrigerator not working, clock would not set alarm. No place to sit except on bed. Stated our complaints to management. He stated he would take care of issues while we were out. Returned to find room smelling of some strong disinfectant and 8 people sitting outside our door drinking and loud. Sign in office stated clearly no alcohol on premises. This is at, 12:15 am. No one to answer phone regarding noise. Safety bar not working on door either. This Inn is below a poor rating. Don't waste your money.

Stayed Memorial weekend. Couldn't beat the prices and the location. Room looked to have recently been remodeled and was very neat and clean except for the carpet. Which is understandable due to workers in and out of the room, I suppose. Staff was very friendly. Manager of the hotel was eager to resolve any issues. Would definitely stay there again.

They took excellent care of us. The manager was awesome. The staff was very helpful and kind. I have stayed in Pigeon Forge quite a bit and I always stay here. Just need some bigger coffee pots. It's in walking distance to stores and rides.

We stayed at Lazy Bear May 23 - 26, 2014. This was memorial day weekend, all the other hotels had doubled and some trippled thier prices, Lazy Bear continued to offer great rates. From the phone call to make the reservation to the moment we checked out everything was excellent.

We let them know we would arrive late, not a problem, they were able to accomodate our needs.

Our room was immaculate, the 2 queen beds had top of the line mattresses and the pillows were so comfortable I was tempted to sneak one home with me. Linens were all fresh and new. The shower had strong water pressure and the water stayed hot. New flat screen tv's ( many hotels in this area still have box tv's). The smoke free room I had request was just that, it had never been smoked in. The swimming pool was crystal clear.

The free continental breakfast consisted of Krispy Kreme donuts, muffins, toast, 2 types of cereal, milk, juice and coffee. every thing was fresh and the dining area very clean. The free breakfast really helped our travel budget.

This hotel has been completly renovated, the pictures on this site prior to 2014 need to be removed as they do not accuraely represent the hotel as it is today. I wish I had thought to take some pictures ( I usually do, but was having too much fun).

Upon check out we were greeted by the genreal manger, Jackie, who asked how was our stay and if there was anything that could be done to improve our stay the next time, we were very happy to let her know everything was perfect!
