We were in Pigeon Forge week of Thanksgiving. We ate the Cracker Barrel just across from our hotel. We had a waitress named Colleen. She was expecting a baby within a few days. She was a wonderful waitress. Outgoing, had a great conversation with us. We went back three times when she was working and always asked for her tables. Food was excellent all 3 times. Only time disappointed was on Thanksgiving day, couldn't get in wait was more than an hour and half had to settle on another restaurant. coOn Friday morning went for breakfast, didn't ask for Colleen as she had been working only in afternoon. After waiting for about 10 minutes waitress came over and got husband coffee and took order. I ordered breakfast casserole that was special that morning with fruit cup on side. Later young man came over and apologized said he did not know this was his table. He came later said they could not give me the casserole. So I ordered eggs, bacon, grits. Poor service this time. About this time saw Colleen was working. On way out we gave her another tip even though she had not waited on us this time. You have a gem of a waitress in Colleen. Prompt, courteous extremely nice.
