“Good Hotel, Ok Location”

This was a nice hotel, it was pretty clean, and they had a nice pool with a slide and baby pool with mushroom fountain. The elevator was outside, and very easy to access from all rooms. Parking was not a problem, and you did not have to walk a long way to get to your car. Now to talk about the roomsl. They were nice and the bathroom had a double sink, and the toilets were clean, as was the shower. But, if you want a good view of the mountains you might want to check out another place. We thought we would be facing the mountains, and shops, but, instead we were on the main highway facing a mini golf place. It wasn't that far from dollywood but it wasn't like across the street. Anyway, the breakfast was free and it was okay. There's also a nice and tiny gift shop near the breakfast buffet!

We chose this hotel based on family members review of this establishment. What a mistake! We arrived after a 10 hour drive to a horrible front desk clerk. I greeted her pleasantly only to be barked at that we were past the 6:00 check in cut off so our card had already been charged. I was fine with this and let her know that. However, she continued to be completely ugly and did not want to assist us in locating a restroom. Obviously, we were a complete bother to her. She mumbled something about going through a breezeway to the elevators. She did not tell us it was on the other side of the building! At most hotels I have stayed at this summer, they draw out directions on a map or give specific directions.

Anyway, we entered the room only to be greeted with a little sign that asks you not to eat in the room. Then a very large sign in the bathroom about how much each towel costs to be replaced and that if we need extra clean towels we would have to exchange the dirty ones at the front desk which was on the other side of the building across a parking lot. How convenient! Lets just say Customer service is not a priority here!

The pool area was right outside our room and very noisy. They do close it at 11:00. Thank GOODNESS!

The air conditioner was either too cold or not cold enough. It was old and probably needs some work.

The beds had stains on the mattresses and boxsprings.

I am not one to complain and have rated all 4 of the other hotels we stayed in this summer well. This one is missing the boat especially for the price and the numerous hotels that are in the area. Stay away if you want customer service!

I reported the incident the next morning. With only an "I am sorry" from the attendant at the front desk!

We returned yesterday from our family vacation to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We stayed at Willow Brook Lodge .I had to get two rooms because there were 5 adults and 3 kids. The rooms were small and the air unit did not keep the room as cool as i like, but the entire motel area is clean and well kept, including the rooms. The kids loved the pool with the slide and it was open from 9:00am till 11:00 pm.The breakfast was very simple. Overall , I would give it a grade of B. Hope this helps someone.

I recently stayed at Willow Brook for four days with a friend of mine and her daughter. We stayed in a family suite that had two seperate bedrooms and baths. We were impressed with the furnishings and everything was very clean. The room was quiet with the air conditioner on but once you stepped outside your door it was another story. On Friday, families took over the pool .We were on the fifth floor and our room overlooked the pool area. People were out early in the morning putting beach towels on most of the lounge chairs to reserve them (even though they did not come back until later to sit on the chairs) so if you wanted a place to sit, you were out of luck. Kids were screaming when we left in the morning and were still screaming when we got back to the room (whether it was afternoon or evening). If you wanted to just sit by the pool and relax I'm afraid you would not be able to. I think this motel is be better suited for a family with young children rather than a relaxing vacation experience. Except for the pool being over run and the gentleman at check-in being not too friendly ,our accomodations were pleasant. Good location, convenient to dining and shopping and lots of parking.

We [me, my wife and son] stayed at the Willow Brook Lodge the first week of May 2007. I chose it in part, from the reviews I read on this site. The room was a king bed with a pull-out sofa bed as well. The bed was a little hard for my liking, but some people would probably prefer it that way. The price for our room was a little high I thought for the size of it, just my opinion. The indoor poll was great and well kept. The breakfast was ok, but could have had more variety. The sausage gravy and biscuits were good though. Overall, the place was very clean from top to bottom. It is located really well, about the center of the parkway in Pigeon Forge. I would probably stay there again.

We stayed here because of the high rating here on Trip Advisor.
The hotel was very clean,I will give them that.Kind of like a cruise ship, someone always cleaning something.
We had a King Suite, kind of small for the price they charge.
The jacuzzi did not work for 2 days, and when they did fix it the guy didnt adjust it so it worked correctly.I guess they thought we should know how to do it.
The wi-fi never worked, with no explanation of why it was down.
The wi-fi and jacuzzi were 2 other reasons we booked this hotel.
The indoor pool area was very nice, but the water was over chlor-
inated. The hot tub was also nice.
The free breakfast was nice.
So,if you are looking for a place to lay your head for the night, this place is for you.
We stayed for 5 nights, and kind of wished we checked out on the 2nd night. The service just wasnt there.
