“Wonderful place fo my budget”
Reviewed 26 February 2013

I never would of thought that I could stay at a hotel as nice as this one but it is very budget friendly. The pool, hot tub & lazy river are wonderful and always clean. We have stayed there on and off for little getaways for 3 years now. The breakfast is perfect with something for everyone and the rooms are very well kept up and extremely clean. Friendly staff just makes it better.

Room Tip: Get a room with a balcony. They give you great views of the mountains in the morning with your cup...

We checked in late on a Thursday night, staff was still pretty alert and friendly. Love Love Love that the pool stays open til 2am! Its really nice to be able to come in after a long day and be able to relax for a few hours and it not be 10pm when everything is closed. The rooms are large but the furniture a bit dated. The beds were comfortable if you like firm. The biggest downfall is the bathroom; it was super tiny. I didn't see the breakfast but the guys in my group said it was kind of puny, but edible. I had a mini muffin and it was ok. I would stay there again for sure, its close to everything and the pool is nice for the kids. (and yes, there is a Ton of chlorine in the pools, but that's how it Has to be for safety.)

Room Tip: We had a room in a newly renovated part, and it was very quiet. The corner rooms looked much larger.

we been staying here for around 14 years and weve never had a bad thing to say.Iam very picky about places to stay and this place is clean and affordable...... we usually take a min and walk down and shop at red roof outlets and i mean a min right outside the hotel,it has a oshgosh, carters, bigdog stores just a few to name instead of traveling back up the road to five oaks. This hotel has a awesome lazy river and the breakfast is pretty good biscuits and gravey ,cereal ,etc...............ALSO go carts and arcade right next door big plus if your bringing the kids along!

Stayed Jan 26-28 2013. Paid 48.99 per night. Hotel is not overly fancy, but does have every thing needed. Hotel was clean every where we went, from the lobby to the pool to the room. The front desk staff was friendly. The hot tube was large and could sit 8-10 people.
Located in the middle of pigeon forge. Would recommed and would stay again.
The only negitive was the breakfast, only had toast, cereal, muffins and gravey. More hot items would be appeciated.

stayed here after we lift the wilderness at the smokies for the last few days of our stay..the location is awesome right in the middle of pigeon forge so the location is right in the middle of the action..and a short walk across two parking lots to lazer port..a arcade with mini golf go karts and lazer tag..the room and the hotel grounds for that fact were exceptionally clean..our room had two queen beds (a little hard for my liking) and the only reason i didn't rate it 5 stars..one sofa bed very large balcony great view..very nice indoor pool and lazy river..hot tub wasnt hot dunno why may have been broken..but also had a continental breakfast..nothing to write home about but keep in mind it was free so..paid 60 bucks a night on MLK weekend and was worth every penny..

Room Tip: try to get a corner balcony..
