“Always improving-Great place to stay”
Reviewed 1 February 2014

After having to cancel reservations twice because of snow (no penalties) finally checked in on Friday to 6th floor, remodeled room, but tv reception was really bad. Ladies at desk let me check reception in room next door and we moved with no problems. Remodeled rooms have upgraded mattresses, pillows, heating & air units, larger refrigerator and flat screen tv's. Room was very clean-my priority. Halls and elevator were also clean. No balcony this time by choice, but the view was great of main drag of Pigeon Forge. Breakfast was good, waffles, gravy & biscuits, etc... Wish they had hot chocolate, cappuccino machine. Didn't use pool or hot tub this time but they were both very clean as usually. Everyone I came in contact working with the hotel was extremely nice, especially ladies at front desk. Have stayed in many hotels in PF but this is one of my favorites. Great stay and highly recommended. Price was good but even lower through the week.

Room Tip: 6th floor is remodeled but other floors are good too. Ask for a room with a view of what you want to...

Check in was quick, room was nice, loved the view and large balcony at room 402. Would like to return. Walking distance to TGI Fridays and some of the go kart rides. My husband and daughter enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed the hot tub. Has a pool table and laundry . Thought the price was a little high as it really isn't a kitchenette , a small fridge two table top eyes on a counter with a sink , toaster oven for the OVEN and microwave. We weren't going to use these a lot at this visit. but would expect more If were staying for a little longer. over all it was a pretty good place to stay.

We stayed at Park Tower last weekend and were pleasantly surprised by updates to the rooms. We stayed on the sixth floor and had flat panel TV's and a new fridge. All décor was fresh. The included continental breakfast was good. The waffle maker needed a can of cooking spray near it (a lot of people's stuck) but the waffles and biscuit and gravy were both good. Our daughter loves to swim so used the indoor pool (it was fairly warm). The lazy river was very chilly but it did not seem to matter to the folks that were using it. We will stay here again.

Room Tip: Sixth floor rooms have been upgraded.

We have stayed here several times. It is newly remodeled and is always clean. They have a great free breakfast in a large room. The indoor pool, lazy river, and hot tub are great for cold weather play. It is great for families or couples. You can't beat the value! They have a price list for the whole year so you can plan your trip for the time you can get the best value starting at $39.95.

Room Tip: Ask for mountain view.

We just finished a week long stay in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. The hotel sets a block west of the main parkway so you don't hear all the traffic going up and the main drag. We had an upstairs room with a balcony that faced north and were able to view the New Years Eve fireworks directly from our room. The room was always clean and comfortable when we returned from the day. The continental breakfast isn't much to comment about...so we ate elsewhere. The indoor lazy river and pool are rather small. For the size of the hotel, this area was often quite crowded. Several attractions are within walking distance of the hotel. The price of the room was quite reasonable given the holiday week. Our room was recently remodeled and the mgt. said that renovations were going to continue through 2014.

Room Tip: We had room 602 which is a kitchenette.

My family and I stayed at the booked a few days at Pigeon River inn (YUCK) Had to find a better place before our Vacation was over. We were booked into the Park Tower and It was just pleasant from the moment we got in the door. Check in was fast and friendly, the rooms were cleaned and big and it actually was like being home away from as the picture says on the wall with a mini stove top and toaster over mini fridge. My kids husband and I were completely comfortable even booked and extra day!

Room Tip: Book early it's worth it

Called on Friday morning to find a two room suite close to the center of town. The top rated hotels were sold out so I called the Park Tower and much to my surprise they had what I wanted at a very reasonable rate. When we checked in I was amazed how nice the room and the view were from our spacious balcony. Great Experience
