Everyone its so nice rooms are nice and clean really enjoy ourselves when we visit, workers go out of their way for you.The only thing I don't like is that we had to stay at alot of bad places before trying here, this will be our home away from home.

I have stayed at this hotel for years..... It's very clean, friendly, and good location...it is very family oriented and has nice pool for children...It is located just right down the street from Krispy Kreme, across from Shoneys and Dixie stampede....They have some rooms on front with balconies that are wonderful for people watching.. Some of these rooms have fireplaces...as I said not fancy but very reasonable friendly place to stay and a favorite of mine...

Room Tip: I love rooms on front with balcony.. Have rocking chairs so you can watch traffic... Also fireplaces...

We frequent Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg often and thought we would give this place a try. We stayed 3 nights July 28, 29,30. We arrived around noon on check in day and by luck our room was ready. Check in was quick and easy the lady at the desk was friendly, but if you've never stayed here before it can be quite a maze trying to find your room due to the way this place was built, we actually had to ask the maid where our room was because some rooms are outside access and some are in indoor corridors. The major thing i didnt like about this motel was they had 1 elevator and it was in the rear of the motel which for us was not accommodating as our room was in the front (Room 304, 3rd floor) and the only way to get to our room from the front was 3 flights of stairs if we decided not to walk to the rear and take the elevator. Location was great right in the heart of town across from the Dixie Stampede, close to cracker barrel, texas roadhouse and other fine restaurants. Now about the room, it was nice size with standard amenities (fridge, microwave, coffee maker), it smelled fresh and was clean. Our balcony was right on the parkway which was what we had requested and was nicely equipped with rocking chairs which we enjoyed. The outdoor pool was big, water was really warm, and the deck chairs were comfortable. The hottub was nice, decent size, but to turn it on you had to leave the pool area because the switch which we about never found was located about 15 feet away mounted on a wall, really strange location. The indoor pool was big but the water was a little cool but was ok after you got use to it. The only thing about the indoor pool i didnt like was the bottom of the pool was really coarse and actually made several small cuts on my big toes, so needless to say we spent most of our time in the outdoor pool. At times the indoor corridor had a weird smell not sure what it was but it was strong at times. The breakfast we didnt use because we dont like continental, we like a hot breakfast. We had to call maintenance 1 night for a vacuum and to say the guy was weird is an understatement, he stood at the door with his sunglasses on never spoke a word handed me the vacuum while he stood there and was spinning something between his fingers. If your an early bird and like to check out early (before 7am) better just sleep in because theres nobody in the office till 730 or 8. I actually went over to the breakfast area and gave my keys to the lady working there because we needed to get on the road. There were few little things that we didnt like but nothing major, we would stay here again.

Room Tip: Rooms on the 3rd floor facing parkway i think are best for a good view.

We checked in and were treated great by the staff. They were friendly and knowledgeable about the attractions in the area. They even gave me a key to see the rooms before we checked in.

The motel is a little older, but in my opinion well taken care of. The lobby was inviting and pool areas were clean. Once we got to our room, we were happy with the condition and location. I believe that all the rooms have private balconies. Ours was facing the pool and had a good view of the street as well. The A/C was cold and the room was very clean. The room size was very adequate and the included microwave and mini fridge were a plus. Most of the rooms are interior entry. The hallway, however, had a funny smell. Not sure if they were using an odd air freshner or if it was a cleaning product, but not bad.

As far as location, they were located close to many stores, restaurants (we walked many times to eat), as well as within reasonable driving distance to the attractions.

We were very pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend to our friends and family.

We stayed here for 2 nights this past weekend. Once to our room we were really surprised! Yes, it is a little bit outdated but still impressed. One of the things that impressed us was the rocking chairs on the balcony. That made it more comfy while sitting out at night watching the traffic and of the morning drinking our coffee. The bathroom and jacuzzi was sparkling clean! We didn't get to enjoy the pools because there was a lot of people at the hotel this weekend as there was everywhere in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We are travel agents and was in town to visit local chamber of commerces and will definitely let our clients know about this place. The people at the desk was really nice and helpful. Can't wait to stay there again.

Room Tip: Get the balcony/jacuzzi room on the corner. You can see a lot of the strip.
