Great hotel ,great pools they have a indoor and outdoor pool that is one of the nicest around staff is very friendly from the moment you get there to you check out , views of the strip are nice the Christmas theme is amazing for the kids and adults the only con is the locations is a little walk to all the mail activities im 33years old it wasnt bad for me but my parents are 62 and 65 and it got the best of them but to solve that you can drive overall its one of the best places in pigeon forge's and the partridge in a pear tree restaurant was the worst food every it made us sick

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything you need for the price. Clean and not serviced by people that make you feel nervous to ask for assistance. Would recommend this to my elderly parents. Look for discounts or special rates.

This was our first visit to the Inn. We stayed one night. We were there with family so we got an adjoining room. One room had a balcony. We stayed on the back side (opposite the main road) and we did not hear any road noise. I have read if you stay on the main street side you hear a lot of traffic noise. Doormen are always there to greet you on arrival. Our grandson loved the slide at the pool.. The continental breakfast was better than any I have ever had. There was an omelet bar, sausage/ham, biscuit/gravy, eggs, fruit, yogurt, cereal, danish and waffles. Servers dish the hot food items for you. We arrived for breakfast shortly after 7 a.m. (when it starts) and shortly after the dining room was full. There is another room for overflow in addition to tables on the patio. The mattress was very comfortable but I cannot say the same thing for the pillows. They were too soft and flat, however there was 4 pillows on each bed. In the lobby after 7 p.m. there was cookies. Coffee/lemonade was always available in lobby. The hotel rooms and lobby is decorated with a Christmas theme. The decorations are very tasteful and not gaudy. The bathroom in our room was large and had granite countertops. There is a microwave, coffeemaker and refrigerator in the rooms. My only complaint during our stay was the time it took to check in upon arrival. Only one person was working at the desk. The check-in-process took over 20 minutes due to the line waiting to check in. It seems like everyone checking in had a different room rate, some much lower than what we paid. We made our reservations in person about a month prior to our stay. Due to the expensive room rates, I don't know if I will be able to visit again. I do recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area who can afford it, especially if you have small children in your party.

Room Tip: Rooms overlooking the parking lot are quieter.

This hotel had high marks and for the most part, did not disappoint. Very clean, outdoor pool is great, good evening entertainment. We were in a room at the corner of the hotel near the intersection of the busy road, which was fairly loud until well after midnight, at least when the loud air conditioner came on, it muffled the traffic noise. I am a light sleeper. It would be great if they added some hooks/towel bars in the bathroom. Very nice bathroom, but not many places to hang wet bathing suits towels etc. especially if you are trying to be "green". Also, as with all hotels, they suggest hanging and reusing towels, placing unwanted towels on the floor, which we did, housekeeping still gave us clean towels...next day wrote a nice note to her, still gave clean towels next, our last day, finally she got it. There is plenty to eat for breakfast but its only adequate food, nothing special. They have a gal spooning food onto your plate, which I guess it's suppose to feel more "upscale", really just slows everything WAY down. Depending on where she scooped determined whether your eggs were cold or hot, couldn't control portions.
All and all was a great place, I would recommend. I reserved a special summer rate, the day we arrived a new more discounted special started, the manager was nice and gave us the better, which was the right thing to do.

Room Tip: Rooms on the parking lot side, probably much quieter

This is a great place to stay, whether young or old. The rooms are decorated beautifully, we had a jacuzzi room. Great Christmas tree, fully decorated. The bed was so good, with lots of pillows. Everywhere you went there were Christmas items. Listening to the chimes in the early morning was magical. Mrs Claus was there at breakfast and she so looks the part, you have to believe! Staff were attentive and friendly. Good breakfast included in the cost and no parking expenses. Lots of eating places very near and the wonderful Christmas shop across the road. Will definitely stay again.

If you enjoy Christmas you'll love this place, Christmas everywhere!! The rooms are clean and oh so comfortable, best bed i've slept in for awhile. The kids enjoyed the pool and slide. Good bfast included with room, lots of space. Alittle overpriced, but not too bad. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and will be going back soon.
