We stayed 2 nights at the Inn and it was wonderful! We go to Pigeon Forge often and I can honestly say that this is by far the best place we have ever stayed. We will not stay anywhere else but here from now on. The Inn is in a perfect location on the parkway and close to some very good restaurants. The room was very clean, my kids loved the outdoor pool and slide. The cookies in the evening were a very nice touch. Every single employee that we encountered went out of their way to do whatever we needed and were all very friendly. Their customer service was top notch! The breakfast in the mornings was very good and not just cold cereal. They had biscuits, gravy, eggs, potatoes, two meats to choose from, make your own waffle station, and much more! We got to see the singing Santa, which was very entertaining. He is a very good singer! Overall, this was a beautiful, clean, and very unique hotel that we cannot wait to go back to!

We absolutely loved The Inn at Christmas Place. The entire staff is super friendly and more than willing to help with anything you need. The rooms are beautiful. Very clean and well maintained. The only downside was that the outdoor pool with slide closed at 10:00 pm. We like to come back from dinner and evening activities and go for a swim and with a smaller child this is almost a must. The indoor pool stays open 24 hours but the slide is outdoors and that is where the kids would rather play. We will definitely stay again!

I had read a lot of reviews and was looking forward to staying at the hotel. The interior is very cool and smells good inside everywhere. I have stayed in many hotels that just smell weird, and this one was the best smelling place. If you want to go to any shows or Dollywood make sure to ask about deals or extras at the hotel. We were able to get 2 days for the price of one at Dollywood, I am not sure if that is always the deal but was great for us. The indoor pool is open 24 hours which is nice since the days fly by so fast and hard to make it to the pool by 10pm a lot of the nights. My daughters loved this place and did not want to leave. The cookies were good, but not the best cookies ever. The singing Santa was very neat and was a good way to start off our stay. The breakfast was good and a cost saver, but wanted to try out some other restaurants that had more southern style breakfast. I would definiteley say this was one of the best places I have ever stayed and would highly recommend.

Convenient location, wonderful pool, great smelling place! The staff take courteous to a whole new level. My husband loved it, I loved it, and our 11 year old twins loved it too.

We stayed here in Nov. of 2009 with our 2 yr. old granddaughter (she was the reason for the trip here). She was in awe the entire time we were there. Everything was beautiful and everyone was very helpful. I think the rates are a bit high but everyone with a small child should stay here at least once. Just be sure to be there for Santas little concert. As a matter of fact, she is still talking about staying Ho Ho's house so we are going to take her back again this Nov.

We just checked in a few hours ago and as usual we were treated like royalty. The front desk staff goes above and beyond to accomodate. From the moment you walk into the breathtaking lobby you immediately realize the reason this is the top hotel in Pigeon Forge. This is the second time we've been to the Inn after coming to this area since I was a child. I've stayed in many hotels and motels in the area and none compare. The sights, smells and sounds of the Inn at Christmas Place make this a truly unforgetable first class experience.

The staff was very nice and every part of the hotel was clean. I love the Christmas decorations they were so lovely to look at. We really enjoyed the singing Santa and the cookies they handed out after the show were so good they brought back childhood memories. The beds and pillows were more comfortable than my sleep number bed at home. I would love to get some of those pillows. We will come back if we come to this area again.
