My husband and I went to the mountains for a weekend getaway and found this hotel. The room was very clean, and the staff was great so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back. I would recomend this hotel to couples and familys to. It was well worth the money.

A friend and I booked this room through SeePigeonForge.com for a very good price, so we weren't expecting a lot. We were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, comfortable mattresses and size of our room. The workers in the office were friendly, too. The free wi-fi worked well. Overall, we were very happy with our stay here.

This is ouor sencond time staying at the Valley Forge. I love it. The staff is excellent. My kids love the indoor pool. Both stays involved rooms by the indoor pool without extra cost. We will stay again.

We were very pleased with our room. We had a balcony which overlooked the back parking lot and a creek off in the close distance. When we got into our room the air was already on, which was a big plus with the 90+ degree weather outside. The bathroom is on the small side, but it was very clean.
I must say these mattresses were VERY comfortable. I read a review of someone saying they were hard as a rock. These are probably some of the most comfortable mattresses I have ever slept on in a hotel before. These were more comfy than the Hilton Garden Inn over in Gatlinburg, which is where I stayed back in Feb.
They have an outdoor pool, which is the one we used. We tried using the indoor pool, but 2 young unaccompanied girls were there and kept jumping in the pool, even though it is rule #3 of what not to do. Rule #1 states kids are to be there with an adult. I guess the parents thought that because they could keep an eye on the girls via channel 3 at the hotel, that they did not have to stay with them. Anyway instead of going to complain, we just went to the outdoor pool. Oh and the hot tub was scorching hot. I think it's too hot to be honest. I wanted to relax in it. The pool areas in and out were both very clean, and the pools looked really good.
They give you 4 pillows per bed, and in the drawer below the tv is an extra blanket. The balcony is nice sized. We relaxed out on it after coming in from the pool.
I will stay here again when we return to the area, which we are hoping will be in Feb. during my sons winter break from school. You can't beat the price either, as compared to other area hotels in Pigeon Forge.

We enjoyed our stayat this motel. The cons first........pools and spas need to stay open a little later. The room was fairly clean and quite large.....bathroom was small and could have been a little cleaner, stained bathtub and the floor really needs scrubbed. we had a private balcony facing the parkway and that was really nice, except for the fact that the air blows right on you and you couldn't stay out very long at a time because of the heat blowing on you. All and all a very nice stay. we travel with a service dog and they did not bat an eye when we told them. For the price it is a great place to stay. The staff was very accomadating.
