When ever we travel for our vacations, we stay at B&B's. Of all the B&B's we have stay at this is the most beautiful house and setting we have ever stayed at. The views of the mountains and the sunset sets are magnificent. Kathy makes your stay memorable from the minute you arrive. The house, the grounds, the decorating are all in a class by it self. This is a must stay. Words can not give this place justice. It is a must stay.

We planned a strenuous hiking trip to the Smoky Mountains National Park in Tennessee and had the most wonderful stay at the Gracehill B&B. We enjoyed 3 nights with breakfasts that were served in 3 courses every morning! They were so well put together from the table settings to the flowers to the presentation of the food. The rooms were very clean with lush linens and unique décor. We had our own walk in closet and bathroom with a whirlpool spa tub/shower! The rooms are spacious with 12 foot ceilings and ample windows to behold the breathtaking views! Its location ensures a quiet and intimate setting that is so relaxing and inviting and the Innkeeper, Kathy, makes you feel so at home allowing you to enjoy your stay to the fullest! Once you walk through the door, it is truly yours to experience. Kathy puts her heart and soul into everything she does, making it the most memorable vacation ever!
The breakfasts were so tasty that I bought 3 cookbooks and the next morning back home, chose 2 of Kathy’s recipes to make for my family for an Easter brunch: I made the Strawberries with sour cream and brown sugar to go along with a Spinach, mushroom, onion, bacon and feta cheese Frittata! Everyone thought it was so delicious!

Room Tip: We stayed in Key Largo with private entrance to the large veranda and amazing sunset views.

My wife and I planned on celebrating our 37th wedding anniversary in Ashville, NC at the Grove Park Inn.That's before we discovered Gracehill B&B. We cancelled our reservation and, were we happy we did? Our two night stay was simply exquisite. To avoid being repetitive, we agree with all the 5-star reviews we read. Kathy is the perfect host; she spares no effort to make your stay special and memorable. At Gracehill, breakfast is not a meal; it's an experience not to be missed. We stayed in Key Largo and found it homely and more than adequate for two - the view is awesome. I travel frequently on business and stay in franchise hotels. This is our second stay at a bed and breakfast, the first was the Gristmill in Warm Springs, VA. So far, we are very impressed with our B&B experiences. If you like the rugged experience of the great outdoors but want to be pampered at the end of the day, the Great Smoky Mountains and Gracehill are the perfect combination.

Room Tip: Key Largo does not have a fireplace but if a fireplace is not important to you, this is the best val...

We stayed at Gracehill for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. We stay at a lot of bed and breakfasts and find them to be older and dusty even though they have great reviews. This was not the case with Gracehill, it was immaculate, and the views were amazing!! We stayed in the Casablanca room, which had a fireplace and a door out to the deck, it was large and comfortable. There is also a work out room, which my husband was happy about. Kathy is an exceptional host, with great stories, who was very accommodating and had great recommendations of restaurants and places to see! Kathy made us feel like we were at home! Her breakfasts were out of this world, she is truly a great cook! If we are ever in the area again we will definitely be back!

Do you want to be spoiled ? Yes, it is worth it!! A house in the clouds... Incredible food... Kathy is a gourmet cook and artist. Each morning there is a three course breakfast that varies each day by menus and beautiful place settings.

Through out the house and grounds everything is magnificently done both in terms of design and function.

Gracehill is on top of a mountain bordering the Smoky National Park. The views are amazing and there are many lovely spaces where just sit and enjoy them!!
The ascent can be a bit daunting at first - but everyone's always made it :-).

It is great fun to enjoy the passion that has been put into Gracehill Bed and Breakfast!!!

My husband & I stayed 3 nights at Gracehill B@B. The location makes you feel you're on top of the world. The house is excellence inside & out. The breakfasts each day were perfection. We stay in B&Bs at least 4 times a year and this set a new standard of excellence for us. The owners are truly beautiful people. To feel at home & comfortable in someone else's home it takes special people & we definitely will be visiting again.

We just returned from a wonderful visit to Gracehill Bed and Breakfast. The beautiful home is furnished with antiques and art from around the world. You are right on top of a mountain with the Smoky Mountains right next to you! The views are magnificent.. Our room was luxurious in every way, even a fireplace! The three course breakfast was fabulous as we sat in front of a roaring fire. We felt like royalty! Kathy is a wonderful hostess!!

Room Tip: All the rooms are beautiful.
